You may, or may not know this, but, this is post number 1,500.

Since April 24th 2015 myself and a number of contributors have racked up 1,500 articles.

The first article I ever wrote was due to my success with TestoFuel, so I wrote the post exclaiming my excitement which you can read, here.

Ever since then I have been trying and looking at lots of other supplements on the market not to mention anything that is related to weightlifting or rugby.

Therefore, over that 885 days it averages at 1.6 articles daily. That’s everyday.

Clearly I do not tend to write anything over the weekends, public holidays or vacations so what I try to do is squeeze in 3 articles per day.

Anyway, self adulation aside, 1,500 posts has been a long old slog but an enjoyable one and I hope to reach a further 1,500 posts but over a shorter period of time.

So what better way to take a look at the Green Tea Extract from no other than the online bodybuilding giant..?

Dose:

2 pills per day – this amounts to a strong 1000mg of green tea which is much more than you would find in a fat burner containing Green Tea plus other ingredients.

We would suggest that you spread the two pills out evenly during the day.

Additionally, you’re body will excrete any additional nutrients it doesn’t require at the time of ingestion, therefore if you give it a large hit, some of it may be wasted.

Effects:

Green tea is a proven fat burner.

There’s plenty of studies to back this up.

So having it in abundance and dosing it three times throughout the day is going to have a good effect.

Green Tea is found in the best and most effective fat burners on the market.

Negatives:

The problem is that it’s just 1 ingredient.

So while it is a great fat burning ingredient found in many of the best fat burners available it also lacks many of the other great ingredients found in those fat burners too.

Other manufacturers have offered single ingredient products, particularly with CLA which if provided in the correct composition can be an effective fat burner, that said results haven’t always been favorable and seem only to have been amazing just the once.

However, the CLA would also need to be dosed with something else to and at this rate you will be finding it difficult to breath without popping a pill in your mouth.

Therefore, for best results, this would need to be supplemented with other supplements, that would lead to a whole number of different pills being taken and will not exactly be convenient.

I cannot say that this is a bad product, however, it just doesn’t stack up against some of the more complete fat burners.

One may then think that this is a brilliant way to help start shedding the unwanted pounds for your summer shred.

Yes, if you also want to supplement your supplement with more supplements to the point your actual food will become a supplement to your supplements.
