Doctor’s Best Bacopa with Synapsa Nootropic Review // Can It Help Me?
As Nootropics are coming more and more popular for people wanting to restore a bit of clarity and improve concentration.
I thought it was reasonable to start testing a few of these products to see what direction they are heading and also to offer a bit of direction for people who may not be quite au fait with the products or ingredients.
As with all supplements, there is a lot of crap out there that looks and sounds amazing but under the well branded wrapper it could be just a waste of money.
What Are Nootropics?
Nootropics, also known as smart drugs, are products that help stimulate and increase cognitive function, with particular focus on executive functions, memory, focus, creativity and motivation.
People are learning that relying on cups of coffee and tea isn’t too healthy and isn’t always the answer, I have been using MindLab Pro recently and whilst being initially skeptical I was pleasantly surprised with the results and have been taking them ever since.
There are studies available for all to see that people with a higher IQ tend to earn more than their less gifted counterparts, now this screams common sense, however, plenty of people do not reach their full potential and fall in to the old trap of routine even with a good standard of intelligence.
These nootropics will not make you smarter so to speak, but they can help lift the fog and aid with concentration and focus.
From scholars, truck drivers, dentists, soldiers to machine operators, we may all be able to benefit. You can read a bit more about them here.
Considering I have just returned from a solid three days of boozing it is the mental not physical trauma that is haunting me as i try to readjust to a normal working routine.
I cannot think straight and I feel mildly depressed when I have nothing to be depressed about, except for my upcoming 33rd birthday.
I can identify this lull after the boozing and as much as I am aware of it, it never fails to batter me like a cyclone.
Thank goodness it is just the after effects of booze these days I have to cope with and not anything else that usually gets passed around when out clubbing to EDM…
Just the 1 ingredient present in this particular nootropic…
What Effect Will This Have?
The results of tests show that Bacopa Monnieri is a useful and effective aid for cognitive function and overall memory in both young as well as elderly people.
This is because it enhances the rate at which the nervous system can communicate by increasing the growth of nerve endings. This is also known as dendrites.
Additionally, Bacopa monnieri is also an anti-oxidant. No wonder this is ingredient is present in the best Nootropic on the market!
There’s no negative issue per se with Bacopa except it can cause potential bloating.
Other than that this is a good, all round ingredient…
However, the shortcomings are due to the lack of other, proven ingredients which could add even more benefit to a great herb.
My Review Conclusion:
This is a good ingredient and a good product to use for improved cognitive function.
The only problem is that when combined with other ingredients this could be much better product.
It’s like building boat with out a sail or engine; sure it floats which is excellent but you won’t get across the Atlantic anytime soon.
For better nootropic supplements, look for additional ingredients such as B6, Cognizin, Theanine, Rhodiola to name a few.
