iFORCE NUTRITION Garcinia Cambogia Extract Fat Burner Review
iFORCE NUTRITION Garcinia Cambogia Extract Fat Burner Review First Look:
Although summer is literally passing me by quicker than a Japanese Bullet Train I am still excited and still hopeful for a bit more sunshine laying on a beach or by a pool, this time without gastroenteritis hopefully.
That was dreadful. Utterly dreadful and really fucked my vacation up.
However, in September I think a trip to Southern Spain may just about perk me up before autumn and then winter closes in. By which time the log burner will be blazing and I will be relaxing with a bottle of whatever alcohol I can find at weekend after a quick jaunt to the local pub which is a mere 80 yards from my front yard.
However, I do not do a winter bulk, nor a summer cut. I’m just me regardless.
So I like to at least keep my fat levels down to a reasonable amount so that regardless of season when I need to run naked down the street with my rugby lads I will never be too self conscious of my torso.
I find it much easier to get to a certain level and maintain or steadily progress rather than go from extreme to extreme. Mentally, I just cannot cope with that shit.
Here we have a singular ingredient fat burner from iFORCE NUTRITION.
It looks more exciting than many of the other prospects we see online or in the store, but is this just covering up inadequacies?
Garcinia Cambogia – Supposedly helps people lose weight, however, trials have been unsubstantiated or at least unimpressive.
Any tests run where there has been a glimmer of hope have been in stage 1 obese people.
Potassium – Potassium levels change with sodium levels to keep muscles working properly throughout your body, especially your heart.
Up to 4 tablets per day.
This is a great number of servings and should keep you topped up with ingredients working towards burning off those calories.
All of these servings add up to a large 3198mg per day.
Effects & Benefits:
Funny one this.
Well, not hilarious but this whole supplement is based upon one major ingredient which is Garcinia Cambogia.
The results for which are not that conclusive, not unless of course you are type 1 obese because you may just have a glimmer of hope, but not too much of a glimmer. Just a tiny one.
Potassium is good for your muscles working. I used to either supplement with potassium or eat a banana before playing rugby to ensure I wouldn’t cramp up halfway through the game.
Garcinia just doesn’t provide the consistent and conclusive proof that is required to be in a fat burner.
Which makes me wonder why would they release and market a product that revolves 1 particular ingredient which is not proven to work?
Okay, Potassium is useful for muscle function and as such they tend to be found in many pre workout supplements to help when you are in the gym, pounding the sidewalk or playing sport.
However, overall, the worst thing about this product is that it omits many proven ingredients that are not only safe but effective at raising the metabolism which in turn burns more calories.
iFORCE NUTRITION Garcinia Cambogia Extract Fat Burner Review Conclusion:
Garcinia Cambogia isn’t entirely conclusive in its results to burn fat and increase the metabolism.
Potassium is great for muscle function, why it is present in a weight loss supplement is beyond me but it does not harm and benefits you if you like to do involve yourself in a bit of exercise, which you should be doing if you want to control or lose fat mass.
This supplement is also missing many, proven ingredients often found in the best fat burners such as:
- Cayenne Pepper
- Green Tea
- Green Coffee
These ingredients would have helped massively because they are all proven to actually stimulate fat burn by raising the metabolism which increases calorie burn.
See through the myriad of terrible fat burners on the market and see what we have found to be effective.
