Illness // Halloween // Memes // Lee Priest on Rich Piana’s Death
So, I have been feeling a little bit sorry for myself lately.
It seems I have earache, something I have not had since I was six years old and in Mrs Woods class at school. I remember I ended up falling asleep on the reading chair until my mom came to pick me up and take me home.
It seems only fitting that twenty seven years later upon the return of earache that I would mess around with some stuff on my phone and computer to try and enhance the site because it doesn’t really take too much thought and it is quite relaxing being a bit creative.
Plus it is Halloween, not sure what relevance that has but I pretty much decided that yesterday instead of cooking myself some proper, nutritious and healthy food I would just eat the treats I had bought for any small ghouls, witches and skeletons that arrived at my door.
Therefore, I had very little left for them to take today so left a very sorry and empty orange bucket by my front door and hid behind the blinds upstairs hoping they wouldn’t revolt and smash my door down.
Luckily those that did come were about four years old and while there was strength in number there certainly wasn’t enough strength among them to take down my composite security door.
With the squealing and excitement below I thought I would create a meme…
The guy on the left looks like he has just double fisted some cattle…
You may have also noticed that on my social media network (yes, I just said that) I have added a bit of continuity with the images used, this means you will know for certain that you are being reached out to on every level by TJ.
If you don’t believe me, you should take a look:
Say what you think and all criticism will be taken on board and most likely responded to after a bottle or two of wine.
You may also have noticed that the website looks and feels a bit different.
Some behind the scenes work has been happening to make it easier to navigate and more importantly to make it faster and much more stable.
The past host offered poor performance, however, being a bit of a victim of our own success meant that we had outgrown their capabilities as we hit achieve around 1200 unique organic hits per day from visitors.
To put that in perspective the current global population is 7,431,351,553 as I type according to the United States Census Bureau.
That means, yes, it really does mean we are not really scraping any barrel. In fact, we are a long way off village domination let alone world domination. One step at a time I guess.
(The village I live in has a population of around 5,000 and they’re all jacked and ripped…what a coincidence!)
So we have tidied up a little, brought in a some more continuity to pull all the social media outlets together to make it all a bit more cohesive, moved to a more stable and capable host plus created a meme.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, so they say.
However, we are not stopping there. There could be some further changes ahead with more material and content potentially being released, particularly more factual content that can offer a greater insight in to:
- muscle building
- fat loss
- increased performance
This is to provide a more valuable service and point of reference for users.
Small changes have already started but we’re hoping that it will expand and posts will increase in the near future.
Okay, if not of that interests you at all, here is a video with Lee Priests thoughts on Rich Piana’s death.
When Rich passed away I wanted to steer clear of voicing any comment in order just to boost website traffic.
Obviously, the news was viral and speculation with rumors were flying all over the globe.
Personally when I saw my first video of Rich Piana I thought he was a loud mouthed, brash jerk.
However, my view rapidly changed. I liked him for him brutal honesty and that is a quality lacking not only in bodybuilding but sport on the whole not to mention life in general.
Therefore, apart from my initial negative view I enjoyed watching his videos and appreciated his honesty.
