My Invictus Labs SUPREME TEST Testosterone Booster Review

My Invictus Labs SUPREME TEST Testosterone Booster Review

My Invictus Labs SUPREME TEST Testosterone Booster Review Review First Look:

As we age, our natural production of testosterone reduces.

This is a gradual and long process that starts in our thirties and is referred to as the Andropause.

Not many men are aware of this, and due to the difference being a slow change it can be difficult to identify.

However, it has been likened to the menopause that is experienced by women as they age.

Although, the effects are not quite as sudden and therefore as easily identified.

What this reduction in testosterone means is:

  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Loss of strength
  • Increased risk of osteoporosis
  • A change in mood and outlook on life
  • Irratibility
  • Increase of fat mass
  • Reduced energy levels
  • Loss of libido

There are some way to combat this, and resistance training or weightlifting is helpful, particularly if compound exercises are employed.

You can also incorporate a testosterone booster supplement in to your lifestyle as I did when I started to notice the beginnings of a change when I hit 32 years of age.

Seeing as I am interested in weight lifting and trying to increase my strength it is of a double concern that my testosterone levels are maintained at a high level.

As such, I use TestoFuel because it contains nine proven ingredients that are able to stimulate more testosterone production.

As a result I have seen some great results that would envy a younger version of myself.

This product from Invictus Labs sounds and looks promising…if the packing is anything to go by.

However, I am after mean and lean results, not a pretty bottle.

Ingredients: The Science

Horny Goat Weed – Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.

It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

Saw Palmetto – this fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false.

It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.

Tongkat Ali – Eurycoma (LongJack) is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

However, there is a lack of evidence for testosterone boosting in humans, although some very limited evidence in animals.

Sarsaparilla – Athletes sometimes use sarsaparilla as a steroid for performance enhancement.

Some supplement makers claim that chemicals (sterols) in sarsaparilla can be converted to anabolic steroids like testosterone. But this is a false claim.

Nettle – Good for reducing inflammation and an enlarged prostate but has no effect on testosterone.

Wild Yam Extract – Taking wild yam extract will not increase DHEA levels in people. Individuals who are interested in taking DHEA should avoid wild yam products labeled as “natural DHEA.”

This is found in our list of ingredients to AVOID.

Orchic Substance – Claimed to help stimulate testosterone in men. However, there is currently no evidence to support this claim.

Boron – Boron is great for the older lifter or those doing high weight low rep work as it helps to reduce inflammation, something that is found in PrimeMale, which I am a fan of.

Also helps raise testosterone levels.

Dose:

The daily dose is just 2 capsules a day which is not the best dosing strategy.

It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and to ensure that if you get a large hit of ingredients it isn’t wasted if your body doesn’t require them.

A daily serving is a less than adequate 1484mg. This is about half the amount included in the better products such as Prime Male.

Pros:

In this testosterone booster supplement just two ingredients can offer some form of benefit to testosterone levels.

These are in the form of:

  • Boron
  • Nettle

This is a poor show.

Nettle merely controls inflammation. Now this is important because too much inflammation has a negative impact on testosterone production.

It is not actually increasing testosterone levels though.

Boron is effective at increasing testosterone levels and controlling inflammation…which is a glimmer of light.

However, that. Is. It.

Nothing else can help in our quest to help make us feel more sprightly, increase muscle mass or even shed fat let alone help with bone strength.

Cons:

So we have eight total ingredients.

Yet, just two of those can offer some benefit towards increasing or at least trying to balance testosterone levels.

We are then left with three quarters of the product that offer no benefit to raising testosterone levels if anything at all.

If you are lucky, Tongkat Ali and Horny Goat Weed may help give you an erection.

The overall dose is less than about half of what we have come accustomed too with the best testosterone boosters and so is the dosing strategy of just two pills per day.

Especially when you consider the effective testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel contain 9 proven ingredients, a dose that is around twice as much and has enough pills to provide a constant trickle of ingredients.

My Invictus Labs SUPREME TEST Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

As already mentioned I use TestoFuel which includes 9 effective and proven testosterone boosting ingredients.

TestoFuel has provided some great, noticeable results. Mainly my strength and muscular definition has increased.

Plus, when I used it as a post cycle therapy (PCT) after a cycle of prohormones it whipped me out of the lull of dropped natural testosterone levels which was killing my libido.

That was not fun just as I had started a new relationship…

However, that is what a good, effective testosterone booster should be able to do.

Increase your natural testosterone levels, this, however, from Invictus Labs is not going to offer much benefit at all.

In fact, you will be hard pushed to notice anything different.

This is because only a quarter of the eight combined ingredients will offer anything to help stimulate or at least help regulate your testosterone levels.

It really is not a supplement that is worth spending money on when there are far superior products available.

Take a look at what works to maximize your workouts.
