M Power Holdings First Knight Testosterone Booster Review

M Power Holdings First Knight Testosterone Booster Review

M Power Holdings First Knight Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

This supplement is advertised and marketed as a sexual health support.

This is great because sexual health support, or sexual performance enhancers cross bridges with testosterone boosters. This is because an increase in your testosterone levels will help increase your libido and stamina.

As a result, many of these products share content.

First Knight stood out because, if I am honest, it looks quite cool and a bit hipster. Not too hipster but enough to be desirable.

It has that old school barber feel or gentleman’s bespoke tailor image. In short it oozes class and a premium feel, that, we all want deep down even if I do drive a car that cost less than my weekly wage.

Ingredients:

Niacin (B3) –  Higher amounts of niacin can improve cholesterol levels and lower cardiovascular risks. However, the jury is out on these real benefits.

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster, but it will only raise testosterone levels if the user is deficient in zinc.

Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels. It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

Copper – studies have shown that people with high amounts of copper actually have lower testosterone levels; it always puzzles me as to why manufacturers would include this.

Fenugreek – Fenugreek is a proven ingredient as found in our benchmark testosterone boosting product; Testofuel.

Research shows that a fenugreek seed extract can reduce daily fat intake in overweight men when taken by mouth at a dose of 392 mg three times daily for 2-6 weeks.

Tribulus – Once marveled, now known to have no effect on testosterone levels, by now supplement manufacturers should really let go.  Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

It also failed to provide any benefit hen tested on a bunch of professional Australian rugby players.

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali) – Is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.

Maca Root – This Peruvian strain of ginseng is great for lifting libido and mood, however, when it comes to raising testosterone levels it has no effect at all.

No significant influences on testosterone in any tested demographic I’m afraid.

https://examine.com/supplements/Maca/

Panex (Korean) Ginseng – This form of Ginseng is the most highly researched.

There’s lots of evidence which suggest cognitive function, mood and immunity is increased, however, although there is evidence for better erections and an increase in testosterone production for infertile men.

It can also improve cognitive function.

Dose:

Just the 1 capsule daily.

This is not good, the best testosterone boosters out there recommend 4 caps as it provides a nice, consistent and constant amount of ingredients throughout the day for your body to utilize.

Therefore, just having one capsule is not going to offer a continual stream of nutrients.

This only totals 518.5mg per day which is not a solid amount of ingredients either. This is about 30% of what we would expect.

Effects & Benefits:

Zinc, Fenugreek and the Panax Ginseng can offer testosterone increasing benefits which is great news.

Caffeine can ensure that you are feeling focused, active and energetic. It can also increase fat loss, again this is good.

However, that’s where the fun ends I am afraid.

Negatives:

To only have 3 ingredients that can help increase testosterone levels is not exactly positive in a product that could really benefit from increasing our testosterone levels, because then it would work.

The overall daily dose is abysmal it is truly shocking and so much less than what the competition offer.

Then there’s a further 5 ingredients that will not help whatsoever to improve sexual performance, stamina, erections nor muscular development.

Plus, every time I see a supplement containing Tribulus I lose a little faith in humankind. It is not proven to offer any benefit at all, yet time after time, it is religiously included as so many people have heard about its (false) wondrous capabilities.

M Power Holdings First Knight Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

This not strictly marketed as a testosterone booster, however, the ingredients included are what’s found in many testosterone boosters on the market.

The line between sexual enhancer and testosterone booster is extremely grey and faded as they compliment each other.

Higher testosterone levels means a higher libido. Simple.

This product does include a couple of ingredients that are found in the best testosterone boosters, however, on the flip side of the coin it is also missing out on many others that are proven and included in products such as Prime Male which is considered one of the best performers on the market.

This would be a much better supplement if it contained the following ingredients which are sadly omitted:

  • D3
  • K2
  • B12
  • DAA
  • Oyster
  • B6
  • Magnesium

Therefore, you can clearly see this is lacking, especially when it is made up of other ingredients that according to scientific studies offer no sexual enhancement properties nor testosterone boosting benefit.

I personally would give this a wide birth, save your money and buy something effective.
