My Masculini – T Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

Tonight is a rest night, in fact, from tonight I will not be doing anymore exercise until possibly Monday, unless I can squeeze a bit in Friday evening after work and before heading out for dinner.

Niacinamide (Vit B3) –  Higher amounts of niacin can improve cholesterol levels and lower cardiovascular risks and maybe symptoms for Alzheimer’s.

However, the jury is out on these real benefits.

Panex Ginseng – This form of Ginseng is the most highly researched. There’s lots of evidence which suggest cognitive function, mood and immunity is increased.

There is evidence for better erections and an increase in testosterone production for infertile men.

Fenugreek – Fenugreek is a proven ingredient as found in our benchmark testosterone boosting product; Testofuel.

Research shows that a fenugreek seed extract can reduce daily fat intake in overweight men when taken by mouth at a dose of 392 mg three times daily for 2-6 weeks.

Ginkgo – This appears to help with blood flow and circulation, however, there is no real body of evidence to support these claims.

Tongkat Ali – Eurycoma (LongJack) is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

However, there is a lack of evidence for testosterone boosting in humans, although some very limited evidence in animals.

Muira Puama – No real scholarly studies or evidence available from reliable sources that would suggest that this stimulates testosterone production.

This may help with improving sexual function when combined with Ginkgo but other than that there’s not much to go on.

Avena Sativa (Oat) – This is a type of oat that has been seen to raise luteinzing hormones in the body, which are a precursor to testosterone and growth hormone.

Not a great deal of real, heavy evidence if anything at all but the hallmarks of something good are there.

A bit of a gamble. In plenty of T-Boosters that do not work.

Tribulus – Once marveled, now known to have no effect on testosterone levels, by now supplement manufacturers should really let go.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

It also failed to provide any benefit hen tested on a bunch of professional Australian rugby players.

Maca Root – This Peruvian strain of ginseng is great for lifting libido and mood, however, when it comes to raising testosterone levels it has no effect at all.

No significant influences on testosterone in any tested demographic I’m afraid.

Dose:

The daily dose is 3 capsules a day which is not to bad in terms of a dosing strategy..

It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and to ensure that if you get a large hit of ingredients it isn’t wasted if your body doesn’t require them.

A daily serving is a less than impressive 1815mg.

This is quite a bit less than what is included in the better products such as Prime Male.

Effects & Benefits:

With eleven ingredients included, it provides the potential buyer with a level of confidence.

By looking through each individual addition and the relevant studies related, it is clear that we have just two ingredients that can actually help with increasing testosterone levels.

These are:

  • Fenugreek
  • Panax Ginseng

These two ingredients are found in TestoFuel which I use personally to maintain and increase muscle and strength and have both been proven in tests to help stimulate heightened testosterone production.

Negatives:

Well, the overall daily dose is quite low compared to other, more effective and proven testosterone boosters.

Then, of the eleven ingredients it seems scandalous that only two should offer any benefit to testosterone levels.

At best, this may help with sexual arousal, but in terms of increasing testosterone levels, this is below par.

It is also frustrating to see the ever present Tribulus which has been proven not to actually stimulate natural testosterone levels.

If we do the math, this supposed testosterone booster only contains 18% effective, testosterone boosting ingredients.

That is a dire result.

My Masculini – T Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

As already mentioned I use TestoFuel which includes 9 effective and proven testosterone boosting ingredients.

TestoFuel has provided some great, noticeable results:

  • Strength increases
  • More energy
  • Increased libido
  • Better mood
  • Fat reduction
  • More muscle mass

It also worked as an effective post cycle therapy.

This only offers two ingredients that are beneficial to increasing testosterone levels and that only results in 18% of the whole ingredient profile.

That’s over 80% ineffective to increasing your test levels.

Now, I could well be wrong, but I buy a test booster to increase my natural testosterone levels. Therefore, it begs the question why anyone would ever buy this…
