The Right Fatty Acids
The right balance can promote bone, skin, hair and normal growth and development.
However, called Omega-6 fatty acids, too much can cause inflammation and typically, a Western diet contains way too much Omega-6 yet Omega-3 seems to be neglected.
Worryingly, further research which appeared in the Journal of Molecular Biology as long ago as 2005 has linked Omega-6 to depression due to high levels of arachidonic acid.
