Outlier Nutrition UPSURGE Testosterone Booster Review // Is it Legal?

Outlier Nutrition UPSURGE Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

I have managed to get rid of the cat this evening. I love her to bits but fucking hell she is malting like a bastard and is being a real pain in the ass lately.  All evening she has been trying to lay over my desk and keyboard and it just will not do.

Plus last night around 3am she decided to announce her arrival from her perch on my weights bench to my bedroom with plenty of chattering which I mistook for her needing a great dirty big shit and ran downstairs to open the door and let her out.

Needless to say she had made herself very comfortable on my bed. It was then a while that I managed to fall back to sleep.

This brings me on to my next point. No I will not kill the cat to end the problems. However, too little sleep harms testosterone levels and muscle growth.

Why?

Because we secrete our natural growth hormone when we are in a deep sleep, therefore, Molly, the little twat has been preventing me from maximizing my gains.

Therefore again, we need to really take advantage of what we can to increase these testosterone levels as much as possible because it is not always the case that we can get a nice solid 8 to 9 hours of sleep per night.

Goddamit, I would be lucky to get 6 hours!

However, UPSURGE might be able to help. It may be able to maximize testosterone product to maximize size, strength, mood, recovery, bone strength and libido.

Ingredients:

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.

Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.

It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

Vitamin D – A great Testosterone boosting vitamin that must be taken advantage of to trigger further production of Testosterone in your body.

However, there are two types of Vitamin D. There’s calciferol (vita

min D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) – we are only interested in cholecalciferol which is D3; this is the type our skin synthesizes from the sun and becomes a hormone which results in the increases in our testosterone.

Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation.

Tribulus – Once marveled, now known to have no effect on testosterone levels, by now supplement manufacturers should really let go.  Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

It also failed to provide any benefit hen tested on a bunch of professional Australian rugby players.

BioPerine (Piper nigrum) – The extract of piperine, called BioPerine®  in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States.

BioPerine®  significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption.

Magnesium – Research into magnesium supplementation also increased testosterone production in men.

D-Aspartate, DAA – D-aspartic acid is one of two forms of the amino acid aspartic acid. The other form is L-aspartate. The benefits of D-AA are specific to it, and do not extend to aspartic acid or L-aspartate. D-AA can be used as a testosterone booster for infertile men, and by athletes as a temporary booster.

D-AA works in the central brain region to cause a release of hormones, such as luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and growth hormone. Importantly, unlike some pro-hormones and steroids, it does not raise estrogen levels.

A dose of 2000-3000mg is required.

Calcium is added to help with solubility, thus we get Calcium D-Aspartic Acid.

ProLensis  (Bulbine Natalensis) – A herb from Africa, this increases testosterone, however, it is also as toxic as a steroid cycle. 50mg per 1kg or 2.2lbs of body weight needs to be taken to be effective.

That means at approximately 92kg/202lbs I would need 4600mg per day.

Dose:

This testosterone booster offers 6 capsules per day which is a good dosing strategy.

It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

When you have more doses throughout the day it ensures your body always has nutrients to work with.

Each daily serving offers a big 4245.56mg per day.

This is an excellent amount of nutrients for the body to process.

Effects & Benefits:

There’s some great, proven and effective ingredients in this testosterone booster which are shared with great products such as Prime Male.

Ingredients such as:

  • D3
  • DAA
  • Magnesium
  • Zinc
  • B6
  • BioPerine (Black Pepper)

These ingredients are able to stimulate the body to produce more testosterone which you secrete in your sleep.

This also offers a great amount of the good ingredients plus a good, purposeful dosing recommendation of 6 pills per day.

Bulbine is also able to produce more testosterone as well, however, bulbine is not often found in testosterone boosters that we rate highly…why?

Negatives:

Tribulus is included and we know, because we have looked deep in to the studies that Tribulus offers no strength or athletic performance enhancements at all.

Now, lets broach Bulbine or ProLensis as it is branded here…

This African herb is good for increasing testosterone but it is toxic just like a cycle of oral steroids are, however, you would see greater effects by taking the steroids so you may as well go down that route.

Plus, for Bulbine to be effective I would need over four times as much as the paltry 1000mg offered here weighing in at 202lbs.

I am going to be picky ad state that we are also offered much less D3 and DAA here with this product than the best testosterone booster, TestoFuel provides.

Outlier Nutrition UPSURGE Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

What do we have here then?

A good testosterone booster with a great line up of proven and effective ingredients that will increase your testosterone levels.

Sounds great!

It is, to a degree…

The problem is we have Tribulus which doesn’t work and is a big con in the supplement biz…this could have and should have been replaced with Fenugreek for instance.

Then we have Bulbine which does indeed increase testosterone levels.

However this African herb is toxic, as toxic as steroids can be when on a cycle therefore you may as well hit the juice and risk the side effects. Plus it is running a little low on D3 and DAA compared to the best.

Therefore this is a great contender, but a couple of little issues prevent it from hitting the top spot.

Take a look at what works to maximize your workouts.
