Protein Active Creatine Tablets Review

Protein Active Creatine Tablets

Author: Ben is 34 and graduated with a Bachelors degree in 2005. Since then he has supported his weight training and rugby playing with research in to the best ingredients that can help build more muscle.

He established this site to help others perform better.

First look:

Creatine Monohydrate is probably the most common strength building supplement after protein and was probably the biggest breakthrough in weight training circles when it was first discovered and researched in the middle of the 20th century.

That is because this amino acid helps provide you with energy on a fast scale.

Many other forms of Creatine are knocking about, all being touted (by the manufacturer) as the next big thing and there is no wonder considering the Creatine market alone is worth billions.

However, it seems that normal Creatine Monohydrate is pretty unbeatable for effectiveness.

LATEST: Supplements to build muscle

Let’s take a look at the Creatine offered by little known company: Protein Active who are based in Belfast, U.K.

As with their ZMA offering, Protein Active have decided to take an ordinary aspirin bottle and put their label on it, I kind of like that but I hardly noticed it on the shelf – but I am glad I didn’t!

There’s no need to buy any other form of creatine than creatine monohydrate.

This is proven to be the most effective form of creatine regardless of any other marketing claims from manufacturers.

Creatine monohydrate is easily absorbed by the body to improve muscle and strength. [1] [2]

The benefits of creatine are documented in plenty of studies and can even help increase testosterone levels.

Dosage:

Each tablet contains 1,150mg of pure Creatine Monohydrate.

Therefore scale as you require, 5 tablets per day would most likely suffice but if more are required, they are that cheap you needn’t worry.

Effects:

Creatine pulls water in to your muscles so you will notice muscle size improvements.

As it takes effect you will be able to push out a couple more reps or a couple more pound of weight on the barbell.

One thing to note is that Creatine is much more effective for high intensity exercise such as those heavy lifts and big Rugby or American Football hits.

It is not quite as valuable for any sports that require endurance.

Negatives:

Okay, in terms of price to weight this is not going to be the cheapest as some large packets of powder are available for very cheap prices, but for the convenience and ease of tablets and without having to make any mixtures or powder messiness these are hard to beat.

There are reports of stomach discomfort from taking too much creatine but this appears to be anecdotal rather than scientific evidence.

My Review Conclusion:

If you want quick gains in size and strength Creatine Monohydrate is a no brainer and should really be a staple to anyone’s regime.

The effectiveness to cost ratio is fantastic plus these are so cheap and convenient it is a win-win.

You can throw these in your gym bag or locker and the next cheapest tablets I could found would leave you 4 pills down overall if you paid the same price to these so if you can get your hands on them I highly recommend that you do!

Still Looking For More Performance..?

Sometimes after taking creatine for a while and you hit a plateau you need something else to get you over the edge.

There are other supplements that can increase your hormone production that is safe for both men and women.

It is not commonly known that our body produces its own steroid which in turn increases lean muscle growth, libido, mood and it cuts fat.

This is also true for women, they produce testosterone in the ovaries like men do in the leydig cells in the testes, just at a lower level.

As such women can also benefit from an increase of testosterone production to tone muscles, reduce fat as well as experience the benefits of heightened libido and mood.

It is also worth noting that even with an increase of testosterone in women it will not lead to a bulky or masculine physique without the addition of steroids.

Testosterone Boosters

With the advancement of supplements and research in to nutrition there are now products available for men and women that will naturally stimulate your body to produce more of its own steroid hormone, testosterone.

This means to build more muscle, increase muscle tone and shed fat while also enjoying the wider benefits of increased testosterone without having to use steroids.

Steroids can be:

  • illegal
  • counterfeit
  • unsafe
  • expensive
  • involve nasty needles
  • increase pressure on organs such as the liver

Best Products to Buy

I have tested and tried many products on the market, much of which isn’t worth the time or the money.

Many products hide the ingredient servings with a proprietary blend using inexpensive filler as a bulking agent and offering no results. By then they already have your money.

More often than not products are even identical clones produced in the same processing plant by the same manufacturer and sold by numerous different companies just using a different label…often found on eBay or Amazon.

Again, no through research has been conducted, no trials or testing and no money guarantee’s in place.

I have sought out the best products with the best doses and ingredients in place to offer guaranteed results, products I use myself to help build muscle and strength, safely.

If you are looking to increase muscle mass, strength and cut fat without the risk of illegal and potentially unsafe steroids follow the link and take a look at our top 3 steroid alternatives below.
