The holiday season is here.
How do I know? I put my tree and adorned my bay windows with lights the other day.

Potassium – An electrolyte that helps your nerves function and muscles contract.
Garcinia Cambogia – Supposedly helps people lose weight, however, trials have been unsubstantiated or at least unimpressive.
Any tests run where there has been a glimmer of hope have been in stage 1 obese people.
2 capsules per day to be taken daily.
We prefer at least 4 pills spread out across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process.
The daily dose of 1100.2mg is a fairly low amount overall.
In fact, this dose is good when you consider the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.
Effects & Benefits:
Potassium is an electrolyte, this can help with muscle contraction, so good if you are doing physical exercise.
Electrolytes are found in many bottled sports drinks.
Garcinia may, only may offer some benefit to people who are considered stage 1 obese. Stage 1 is the least worse stage of the 3.
Calcium can help increase testosterone levels, and it is important to understand that both men and women produce natural testosterone and it is part of healthy bodily function.
Chromium can help towards shedding fat and is found in Instant Knockout which is the #1 rated fat burner.
Calcium is great to have, however, continued and long term supplementation can cause artery plaque which then leads to cardiovascular problems as the diameter of the arteries decreases in size.
Garcinia looks like it may help people within the early stages of obesity but that does rule out those who are in the later stages of obesity or aren’t actually obese.
It’s not entirely proven either to help raise the metabolism and burn more calories.
Potassium is more useful in a pre workout supplement rather than a fat burner. It is not going to offer any direct fat burning effects.
It certainly does not offer the fat burning performance we want nor is available in other fat burning supplements such as Instant Knockout.

Garcinia does not offer the time proven studies required to show that it is effective at increasing calorie expenditure.
Calcium and Potassium have their benefits but Calcium supplementation needs to be done so with caution to avoid a build up of artery plaque which could lead to coronary heart disease.
Potassium does not have any direct influence over fat loss.
The daily dose is not great but it is also missing other key ingredients that would really help with burning more calories such as:
- Green Coffee
- Green Tea
Therefore, some other products such as those in our top 3 fat burners are more far more attractive propositions which hold no artery risk and are laden with proven ingredients.
