REVIEWED: Ignizium Men’s Fat Burner // Will It Work?

Ignizium Men’s Fat Burner Review First Look:

Do you know what the best weight loss is? Gastroenteritis. Basically a stomach illness which makes you shit for days and days and you do not want to eat.

However, it is not pleasant. It is grim and I would not wish it on anyone except ISIS.

The worst part is that you start looking online and trying to match your symptoms with medical problems and I thought I had liver disease.

To be fair I had just come from a 3 day long wedding plus a couple of nights on the champagne and prosecco.

There’s also a better diet. I have just eaten rice and tuna. It is a bit bland and tedious at time but there’s no doubting in its ability to help lose fat and build muscle.

Another option to help you on your way along with the rice and tuna is a fat burner. However, it has to be a good fat burner.

One with the correct ingredients that can stimulate your body to raise its metabolism and burn more calories than normal.

Do these in combination with a constant exercise plan mixing both cardio and weights and you will be on the right track.

So will this particular fat burner that is distinctly marketed at men, work?

It looks nice and bold with solid colors and straight lines aplenty. Being black and yellow makes you think of workwear for a construction site or something else masculine.

It is gluten free for those who are a little more delicate…

Caffeine – This can assist with endurance, tested athletes saw an edge from caffeine in scientific studies. In some trials, the stimulant boosted athletes’ speed. In others, it helped them last longer before they spent all their energy.

Caffeine also raises the metabolism which means you burn more calories. Some studies show that it can curb soreness after exercise, too. This means you could get back to your training sooner and training means more calories burnt. This is present in all 3 of our Top Fat Burners.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form so always look for that.

Cacao – Cocoa helps in weight loss by improving mitochondrial biogenesis. It increases muscle glucose uptake by inserting glucose transporter 4 in skeletal muscles membrane.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24100674

Forslean (Coleus forskohlii) – Forskolin is a chemical found in the roots of the plant Plectranthus barbatus.

This plant has been used since ancient times to treat heart disorders such as high blood pressure and chest pain (angina), as well as respiratory disorders such as asthma, it can also assist with reducing fat mass in obese people.

However, no reliable scientific information that shows Coleus forskohlii extracts taken by mouth are effective.

Capsicum – Capsaicin is known to boost metabolism, causing the body to produce extra heat and burn more calories for fuel. This is found in our favorite fat burner Instant Knockout. There’s 40,000 heat units present (HU) which is pretty darn hot.

L-Theanine –  Beneficial for stress reduction, decreasing generalized anxiety, and reducing the severity of insomnia.

If caffeine is present too, IQ scores have known to increase – so grap a cup of coffee, quick.

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.

One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.

Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

Dose:

The advice is to work ourselves up to taking 2 capsules daily which provides an inadequate 1100mg daily.

This is a very low daily dose when compared with the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

Already we are looking at a shortfall of around 33%

Effects & Benefits:

This fat burner does contain a number of beneficial and proven ingredients.

Caffeine, Cacao, Green Tea and Capsicum are all proven fat burners. They help raise the metabolism and improve mitochondrial biogenesis.

L-theanine is also available which can help boost your IQ when combined with Caffeine.

These are all positives from a supplement that costs less than $25.

Negatives:

This isn’t dosed enough, you could double dose daily but that would take the price up to nearly $50 – it doesn’t look such good value anymore.

There’s also a number of other ingredients missing too which would offer more performance.

Ingredients such as B12, B6 or even Green Coffee would be beneficial and are found as well as the ingredients contained in this fat burner to give you an extra boost.

Coleus Forskohlii isn’t proven to work when taken orally.

Ignizium Men’s Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

This does contain some of the best and most effective ingredients to help stimulate fat burn. They are also found in the best fat burners available which is great.

The price is cheap as well.

However, due to the low daily serving you would probably want to double dose which of course makes that initially small price not quite as attractive.

There’s also the inclusion of Coleus which isn’t proven to be effective when taken by mouth.

It also misses some other key ingredients too which are found in the more potent fat burner supplements.

So while this does contain some great ingredients there are better products out there which you can read about, here.
