T-Boost Pharm Ltd Staminaxe Testosterone Booster Review
T-Boost Pharm Ltd Staminaxe Testosterone Booster Review First Look:
This week hasn’t seen me do much in the way of weightlifting which has annoyed me slightly.
However, the only time I did hit the weights which was last night I managed to squeeze out some extra weight on the bar.
This made me very happy, there’s nothing better than a bit of progress. Nothing better than seeing your muscles get bigger and a fat reduction too.
At present, I seem to be winning on all three front which makes me very happy indeed after what feels like 4 years of stagnation due to personal circumstances.
These circumstances are basically stress, tiredness and lack of time.
So I have eradicated those three pints and have replaced them with fat loss, strength and size.
No doubt this has been helped by taking a good and effective testosterone booster which I am keen on, however, they are hard to come by plus there’s more choice out there than ever before all with a myriad of confusing sounding ingredients.
That’s why I am here. I want the most effective and natural way to increase muscle and strength.
Plus I love doing this.
Therefore, on the hunt, I spotted this called Staminaxe, keen to give it a go, I did.
Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.
The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down gym.
The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.
In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.
Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.
Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.
Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.
It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.
Arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) – Tests on supplementation draw no real benefit that would not be found from resistance training itself.
We are instructed to take pills daily in two seperate doses, once in the morning and then in the afternoon.
It is better to have at least 4 pills and for them to be taken over the course of the day to ensure that your body gets a trickle of the nutrients to work with.
The 4 pills only provide 1288mg per day which is not particularly adequate nor competitive.
When you consider that the best testosterone boosters offer over twice that figure this is starting to look a little weak.
Effects & Benefits:
Only Zinc is seen as a beneficial and proven ingredient which will increase testosterone levels.
Even this is low dosed compared to the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel which offers 10mg.
Tribulus is not proven to work or offer any benefit at all to stimulating more testosterone.
AAKG offers no benefit either.
That’s two thirds of the whole product and as mentioned beforehand, Zinc, which is effective is low dosed!
Then the overall daily dose is below 1300mg which is not positive.
This lacks so many other ingredients that should be present to stimulate more testosterone production.
These missing ingredients are available in proven testosterone boosters and are widely available, as are the scientific studies to prove their effectiveness.
T-Boost Pharm Ltd Staminaxe Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:
So it offers just 1 proven ingredient, yet in a low dose.
Not only does it omit excellent, effective and proven ingredients often found in supplements such as TestoFuel it also lack the high dose and enough pills to make it beneficial.
Effective testosterone boosters should include:
This offers none of those beneficial ingredients, instead it offers only 3 ingredients of which 2 do not work.
Instead of wasting your money on this, take a look at what I have found to be personally and scientifically effective instead.
