Targeted Genetics TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER SILVER Review

Targeted Genetics TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER SILVER Review First Look:

This particular testosterone booster is aimed at men over 55.

However, why should it be?

We can all start to feel the effects of andropause from the age of 30 when testosterone levels naturally deplete and can do by around 10% per decade.

Don’t leave the benefits of a testosterone booster until you are 55. Take action now.

Even if you feel great now, if you are looking to build or maintain muscle mass, reduce body fat, increase libido or even feel better, a testosterone supplement could be the kick you need.

Especially a naturally formulated testosterone booster that is safe to use and doesn’t cost the earth.

I use a test booster to help increase my strength and increase muscle. I like lifting, I think a man should be muscular and that is that really.

It makes me feel good that I am strong and I am a fairly largish size for my height.

I’m no midget, but at 200lbs for 5’9″ I certainly have a solid look to me which is also great for playing rugby.

There’s another testosterone booster that is marketed towards the slightly older gentleman called Prime Male, but it is a great product and one I use regularly, therefore do not let the age association put you off from benefiting from a good supplement.

Ingredients:

Niacin (B3) –  Higher amounts of niacin can improve cholesterol levels and lower cardiovascular risks. However, the jury is out on these real benefits.

Copper – studies have shown that people with high amounts of copper actually have lower testosterone levels; it always puzzles me as to why manufacturers would include this.

Horny Goat Weed – Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.

It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.

The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down gym.

The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.

In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali) – Is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.

Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.

It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Maca Root – This Peruvian strain of ginseng is great for lifting libido and mood, however, when it comes to raising testosterone levels it has no effect at all.

No significant influences on testosterone in any tested demographic I’m afraid.

Panex (Korean) Ginseng – This form of Ginseng is the most highly researched.

There’s lots of evidence which suggest cognitive function, mood and immunity is increased, however, although there is evidence for better erections and an increase in testosterone production for infertile men.

It can also improve cognitive function.

Dose:

Just the 1 capsule daily.

This is not good, the best testosterone boosters out there recommend 4 caps as it provides a nice, consistent and constant amount of ingredients throughout the day for your body to utilize.

Therefore, just having one capsule is not going to offer a continual stream of nutrients.

This only totals 518.5mg per day which is not a solid amount of ingredients either. This is about 30% of what we would expect.

Effects & Benefits:

Zinc, Fenugreek and the Panax Ginseng can offer testosterone increasing benefits which is great news. These ingredients are found in TestoFuel which we rate as being the best testosterone booster.

Caffeine can ensure that you are feeling focused, active and energetic. It can also increase fat loss, again this is good, but is it here purely to mimic the effects of increased testosterone?

Caffeine is often found in fat burners such as Instant Knockout which performs very well.

Negatives:

To only have 3 ingredients that can help increase testosterone levels is not exactly positive.

Especially when the whole product consists of 8 total ingredients.

The overall daily dose is abysmal it is truly shocking and so much less than what the competition offer.

Then there’s a further 5 ingredients that will not help whatsoever to improve sexual performance, stamina, erections nor muscular development.

Plus, every time I see a supplement containing Tribulus I lose a little faith in the product and the brand because it is very easy to find studies available that prove it has not testosterone boosting benefits.

Targeted Genetics TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER SILVER Review Conclusion:

This is marketed as a testosterone booster for the older gentleman, however, from what we can see there’s barely and testosterone boosting ingredients and there’s ingredients that could be deemed as nothing more than included to mimic the effects of higher testosterone levels.

This product does include a couple of ingredients that are found in the best testosterone boosters, however, on the flip side of the coin it is also missing out on many others that are proven and included in products such as Prime Male which is considered one of the best performers on the market.

And, this has such a small daily dose that will not even touch the sides.

This would be a much better supplement if it contained the following ingredients which are sadly omitted:

  • D3
  • K2
  • B12
  • DAA
  • Oyster
  • B6
  • Magnesium

Therefore, you can clearly see this is lacking, a lot.

I personally would give this a wide birth, save your money and buy something effective regardless of your age.
