Team Six Supplements Alpha Yohimbine Fat Burner Review

Team Six Supplements Alpha Yohimbine Fat Burner Review First Look:

I head off to Malaga in Southern Spain tomorrow for nearly a week away in the sun.

As a result, I have been lifting more weights, cycling to work and trying to eat as clean as possible to shift some belly fat, obviously I haven’t stopped boozing because booze at the weekend is necessary.

I have also been using the best fat burner I have tried so far called Instant Knockout, as a result I am quite happy with the results.

Therefore, I know everyone loves to harp on about cutting booze from your diets to lose fat but it isn’t entirely necessary.

I drink Guinness and beer plus wine, Bailey’s, gin, champagne, prosecco…the list goes on.

I hardly drink to moderation either. Therefore, if you put in the effort when you exercise and eat carefully during the week, the fun doesn’t have to stop.

However, I am keen on the right supplements. If they include proven and effective ingredients in the beneficial doses, they can help.

They can offer that little extra help and that edge you may need.

Which brings me on to this supplement from Team Six. I am already keen on the effects of Instant Knockout, but I am keen to see what else is out there that can help even more so.

Advertised as a proven Yohimbe Bark fat burner I am eager to see what we can achieve.

Rauwolfia – Studies show that it appears to be a safe and effective treatment for hypertension when used in appropriate low doses.

It is very similar to Yohimbine in that it can help the body not directly burn fat but stop the body preserving fat mass.

However, some adverse side effects such as lethargy, sedation, psychiatric depression, hypotension, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping, gastric ulceration, nightmares, bradycardia, angina-like symptoms, bronchospasm, skin rash, itching, galactorrhea, breast enlargement, sexual dysfunction, and withdrawal psychosis are not uncommon.

Dose:

No more than 2 capsules daily. This provides 4mg of combined ingredients per day.

This is a very low daily dose when compared with the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

Effects & Benefits:

This is a funny one. Not haha funny, just a little difficult to really explore the full benefits.

Rauwolfia doesn’t actually burn fat. It is not a thermogenic such as Caffeine which raises your temperature and as a result burns more calories.

No this, merely helps prevent your body from wanting to store fat mass. Now, nothing wrong with this, but it is just lacking a little…

Negatives:

We are offered a daily serving of 4mg.

However, there’s not really enough information known as to what dose is best.

However, if you were to follow the doses for Yohimbe, 50mg in isolation is about right or 15mg with other fat burning ingredients. Therefore, 4mg doesn’t really seem adequate.

Which brings me on to the next point…

There’s no other supporting fat burning ingredients.

So, whereas this may help to prevent your body from storing fat, it’s not then helping to burn off the fat.

A lot of fat burners such as Instant Knockout have 8 or more proven fat burning ingredients working in harmony to produce the best results.

Additionally, there’s a fuck load of horrendous possible side effects that can come with Rauwolfia.

I’m not sure about you but I would rather not suffer from nightmares, breast enlargement or psychosis…or even sexual dysfunction especially as I am going on vacation.

Team Six Supplements Alpha Yohimbine Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

Take a look at the benefits paragraph and the negatives section.

Which one is the larger of the two? Yes, the negatives.

The problem with this fat burner is that it merely offers one ingredient. This ingredient doesn’t even burn fat, it only helps prevent your body from storing fat.

So it is not only lacking other, supporting fat burning ingredients commonly found in the best fat burners but also the dose seems improbably low, especially when being compared to the very similar Yohimbe.

Then there is the host of potential horrendous side effects including high blood pressure, vomiting, stomach cramps and even itching plus a host of others.

This really does not give me any reason why I would chose this over what is found in the top 3 fat burners.
