The Barometer of success!

The Barometer of success!

No, not your BMW, not the Rolex…your all over muscular gains!  The rest just ties it nicely together…if you’re bothered about that stuff.

Never get caught up, like soooo many of our bro’s do, in the religious gym visitations. Being at the gym 24/7 does not mean you are successful at lifting, it is not the barometer of success. If anything it just shows how much you are lacking in your other areas of life, no offense, go and get laid or something.

If the weights are creeping up steadily with consistently good form, then you are on a trajectory for success and growth.

To be able to continue with these fantastic gains you may not need to train any exercise more often than once every 7 days, read that again and let it sink in.  For some people it can be even less often than 7 days for growth.

Most people would greatly improve their rate of gains if they would halve their training routine per workout, double the rest days between workouts and get serious about applying some real, focussed effort in a reduced training time whilst ensuing that enough calories and correct nutrients are being consumed daily.

to maximize gains in muscular size and strength one must organize the training, nutrition, sleep and rest in order to ensure that one is lifting weights progressively.
