My USN Phedracut Lipo XT Fat Burner Review First Look:

With the holiday season fat approaching it is almost a definite that most people will over indulge during the month.

More food, more drinks, more parties and less gym sessions or sports.

I have already started this trend by hitting the company Christmas party tonight.

Guinness is in the fridge, I’ve tried to get some starchy foods in to soak up some of the beer so I do not end up swinging from the ceiling half naked and saying rude or inappropriate comments in a work environment.

I will try to maintain some sort of physical training program but with hangovers comes laziness and even more food to try and get over the anguish of the beer fear.

Luckily, alongside my occasional cycling to work and weight lifting I also like to use a proven and effective fat burner called Instant Knockout which continues to offer great results…

The reality is though, that if I and you want to decrease our fat mass we need to burn more calories than we consume.

An effective fat burner helps us do that, and they can give us that little edge required to strip away the last percentages you may want to rid yourself of.


Ingredients: The Science

Conjugated Linolenic Acid (CLA) – Initial reports and studies have showed that CLA helped a bunch of women who did no exercise lose 9% body fat.

However, further studies are showing very mixed, if not medicore results that aren’t really setting the world alight, in fact the side effects are having their presence felt moreso outweighing any real benefits.

Any benefits that were found meant that the composition had to be greater than 80%.

Chromium –  Research suggests that chromium might improve weight loss in some people who are overweight or obese.

L-Theanine –  Beneficial for stress reduction, decreasing generalized anxiety, and reducing the severity of insomnia.

If caffeine is present too, IQ scores have known to increase – so grab a cup of coffee, quick.

Vitamin B6 – Comprising three chemically distinct compounds pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, and pyridoxine, is involved in the regulation of mental function and mood.

Vitamin B6 is also an essential homocysteine re-methylation cofactor, and deficiency is associated with increase in blood homocysteine levels.

Homocysteine is a risk factor for cerebrovascular disease and may also have directly toxic effects on neurons of the central nervous system.

Neuropsychiatric disorders including seizures, migraine, chronic pain and depression have been linked to vitamin B6 deficiency.

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.

One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.

Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

1, 3, 7, 9 Tetramethylpurine (Theacrine / Tetramethyluric acid) – An alkaloid molecule which can be seen as a structurally modified version of caffeine.

However, although it is similar to caffeine whereby it has a sedative effect at relatively low doses, but where this sedative effect with caffeine is at an impractically low dose with theacrine it is the dose normally consumed by tea.

Research on Theacrine is really too sparse though to cast any real assertions.

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Dose:

Up to 2 pills per day.

This would equate up to a tiny bit more than 1252.8mg daily.

This dose is not great when considering the best fat burners tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best fat burner on the market.

This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and to ensure that if you get a large hit of ingredients it isn’t wasted if your body doesn’t require them.


Pros:

There are six ingredients and four will offer proven and trialed benefit to help you lose weight.

These four ingredients are proven to be able to contribute to the reduction of fat mass.

Four of which are included in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available on the market.

Overall, this is not a terrible offering but it is by no way the best we can find out there on the market.


Cons:

Where as this includes four reliable, safe and proven beneficial ingredients, fat burner’s such as Instant Knockout contain ten proven and effective ingredients.

There is a low overall dose and it does not include a number of other proven ingredients.

Then we have Theacrine; while this offers similar effects to Caffeine it is at an extremely low level and therefore not really effective.

Theanine is good for reducing stress and increasing IQ when combined with Caffeine, however, it doesn’t really contribute to weight loss which would have been preferred when there’s a plethora of missing ingredients that would have been beneficial.

Plus there is CLA…

The problem with CLA is that while it has shown some great results in the past trials and studies, they have yet to really be consistent further on.

Plus, we need a composition which is more than 80% for there to be any chance of a good weight loss result.

It is just a bit patchy.


My USN Phedracut Lipo XT Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

This fat burner contains four reliable ingredients that are able to assist with fat loss by raising the metabolic rate which burns more calories.

Then there’s the slightly less reliable CLA, however, this has proven to offer some great result sin the past so it could potentially help.

However, it does omit a few more ingredients that could make this even more effective, not to mention it could improve the dosing amount too.

Theanine is a good ingredients to have but is more commonly found in nootropics whereby it is there to help reduce stress and improve cognitive function.

It would be in a much stronger position in the rankings if it could have contained missing proven ingredients such as:

  • Cayenne
  • B12
  • Zinc
  • Glucomannan
  • Green Coffee

So, this is okay, and will help you quite a bit, but it is not the most effective supplement on the market.
