My Havasu Nutrition DHEA Testosterone Booster Review First Look:
I will be away from home tonight and staying in the capital.
This is for a Christmas party that our company puts on to celebrate the end of the calendar year and apart from the time spent travelling and the hangover at work the next day it is usually a good shout.
However, it does mean that I either miss a night with the weights, or the lady.
Plus it also means copious amounts of booze on the train down and a KFC that I have just eaten to line my stomach and make sure I at least can turn up to the party before having a couple of beers and sloping off early back to the hotel for a good 12 hours sleep.

What is DHEA?
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a hormone produced by the body’s adrenal glands. The body uses DHEA to make androgens and estrogens, the male and female sex hormones.
DHEA levels peak at about age 25, then go down steadily as you get older.
By the time people are 70 to 80 years old, their DHEA levels are only 10% to 20% those in young adults.
However, there is little evidence to show that DHEA has any effect on enhancing muscle strength.

However, the research in to DHEA has not been able to prove that it has any positive effect on physical performance.
That means there is no real, confirmed or conclusive benefit to taking a DHEA supplement in order to build more muscle, strength or stamina.
There’s no proof available from any studies that suggest this product which contains just DHEA (a low dose too) will improve performance.
In fact, we can see no benefit from taking it at all yet there are many potential pitfalls associated with it that are not so commonly broadcast such as high blood pressure, hair loss in men, fatigue and facial hair growth in women.
There’s no concrete proof that DHEA supplementation can offer anti-ageing benefits either.
Another issue is that many of the products available on the market that have been tested do not have the amount of DHEA in them that the label states.

This is a product with one stand alone ingredient.
Yet, this sole ingredient is not proven to offer any benefit whatsoever, so that leaves us with a supplement that has no supporting ingredients to assist.
This leaves us with a product that does nothing to improve performance nor help with anti-ageing.
If you are looking to increase your natural levels of testosterone which is your naturally produced steroid hormone, you need to look at using a testosterone booster.
A beneficial and effective testosterone booster contains a wealth of proven natural ingredients that can increase natural testosterone production.
Ingredients such as:

It is these ingredients, in adequate doses that will help your body grow and develop.
