Healthpoint Ltd The Little Blue Pill Testosterone Booster Review

Healthpoint Ltd The Little Blue Pill Testosterone Booster Review

Sometimes great products can be found in the least expected places, so I was eager to try The Little Blue Pill.

However, I am also astonished at the poor quality of some other products that are found in nationwide and even global stores.

Read on, to see what I mean.

The Little Blue Pill Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

So I was in the store earlier today buying a plug adapter. Yes, the office and the internet around me destroyed itself I went to buy a plug adapter so I could use a lamp for decorative purposes in the spare bedroom at home.

You may think I have my priorities all wrong, but the truth is, I am not an IT engineer.

I have just been fielding calls from irate clients all day who have been unable to operate over the past two days.

As I needed to get away from the office I went out.

In this situation, the hard, concrete facts were that I needed a plug, so goddamit, I went and bought one too.

It is surge protected too, ironically it was a surge that destroyed our infrastructure, This $7 bit of kit could have saved everything…I jest.

A Little Blue Surprise

However, on my travels in to the yonder and wandering around haplessly I came across this product that looked to me as a rip off of Viagra.

Therefore, I initially thought this is some sort of erectile dysfunction pill. Clearly, this is what it seems to be marketed as.

However, I looked a little closer and it does state that this is a testosterone booster.

Now, if you are not aware, increased levels of testosterone can also raise your libido. It is all tied in together.

Testosterone is what gives you the male characteristics of more muscle.

So, less fat, increased libido, more strength, it can make you more hairy and essentially a bit more of an animal.

Wanting more sex is really part of that and it is something I have noticed since I have been using Military Muscle which has increased my testosterone levels.

So, the question is, can this product called ‘The Little Blue Pill’ effectively raise testosterone production and turn you in to a wild sex mad animal?

If so, perhaps use with caution…

Ingredients

LITTLE BLUE PILL INGREDIENTS

Zinc

If you are very active, or you live in a hot country, or even if you just sweat a lot, you are at risk from a zinc deficiency.

However, you are not alone, it is estimated that nearly 18% of the global population may be deficient in zinc. [1]

The problem is that this mineral is lost through sweat. If your zinc levels are low you risk being erectile dysfunction and low testosterone. [2]

Vitamin C

The humble vitamin C actually shows some promise for boosting testosterone and fertility.

That’s the results from a study on rats whereby vitamin C acted as an anti-oxidant to help repair testicular cells. [3]

Avena Sativa (Oat)

Just like vitamin C, studies on rats have shown that avena sativa is able to help improve fertility and testosterone levels. [4]

Further studies have also found that a dose of 1600mg was bale to improve concentration and focus in adults. [5]

Panax (Korean) Ginseng

Studies of panax ginseng have demonstrated that a daily dose of 2700mg has alleviated erectile dysfunction and improved sexual satisfaction amongst the 60 participants. [6]

Additional data of ginseng and its effects on testosterone have demonstrated that it can increase male hormone levels in rats. [7]

Dose

We are instructed to take 1 pill per day.

It is better to have at least 4 pills and for them to be taken over the course of the day. This helps ensure that your body gets a trickle of the nutrients to work with.

The 1 pill only provides 553.8mg per day which is not particularly adequate nor competitive.

When you consider that the best testosterone boosters offer nearly 6 times that figure this is starting to look a little low dosed.

Pros

The studies show that each ingredient does have benefit.

In essence, zinc and ginseng are effective for increasing testosterone.

Ginseng can also help with providing better erections too. Therefore, a suitable ingredient to include in a testosterone booster under the guise of what could be mistaken and purposely so as a impotence treatment.

Zinc is a mineral that is also an aphrodisiac, not surprisingly, there are high levels of Zinc found in Oysters which are considered a famous aphrodisiac.

Vitamin C is good for blood flow, which will help erections and its good for reducing oxidative stress which can inhibit testosterone levels.

However, I often do not see it as a necessary inclusion because so many foods also provide vitamin C, even food like bread for instance.

Therefore, it is highly likely you get enough throughout the day anyway and one supplement most people would use already which is cheap.

Cons

As already mentioned, it is great to see Zinc and Ginseng, however…

Zinc makes up just 2.8mg. That’s really low compared to what is found in Military Muscle which includes nearly 20mg per daily dose!

Then there’s Avena Sativa which seems to only work in huge doses (1600mg). The problem is Little Blue Pill only offers the equivalent of 480mg per day.

However, the main issue is the overall lack of ingredients – just containing 4 effective ones. The best products contain over 8 proven ingredients.

Plus, the low dose, being approximately 2500mg less than what is available in the best testosterone boosters which include Zinc as standard to help with testosterone production and erections.

The Little Blue Pill Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

So it offers just 4 proven ingredients, yet in very low doses.

Not only does it omit excellent, effective and proven ingredients often found in supplements such as Military Muscle, it also lack the high dose and enough pills to make it beneficial.

Effective testosterone boosters should include:

  • DAA
  • D3
  • Iron
  • Mucuna
  • Ashwagandha
  • B6
  • K2
  • Fenugreek
  • B12
  • Oyster
  • Ginseng
  • Boron
  • Magnesium

So why bother with this product when you can get other products that include these ingredients but more as well which when combined will offer so much more performance and value..?

Instead of wasting your money on this, take a look at what I have found to be personally and scientifically effective instead.
