iFORCE Nutrition CLA 1000 Fat Burner Review

iFORCE Nutrition CLA 1000 Fat Burner Review First Look:

I have recently been banging on about my 11lbs fat loss due to an increased uptake in cycling.

That said, tonight, prosecco, wine and pizza is on the menu with maybe a bit of gelato.

Plus I have just eaten a mint Aero which was pretty damn good washed down with coffee number 6.

Which brings me on to my issue (amongst many). I drink a hell of a lot of coffee each and everyday.

That Caffeine is mounting up and many of the fat burners we see contain a lot of Caffeine.

Now, this is because it is an effective fat burning ingredient by raising the metabolic rate which in tun burns more calories.

However, sometimes, it may be just worth considering something else, something with our Caffeine, especially if you are particularly sensitive to its effects.

I have a massive tolerance but if you feel like you are about to collapse and die at the mere sight of weak ass Starbucks Americano you may not want something with 20mg of Caffeine in it.

This fat burner is a CLA and it looks like it only contains one ingredient too, and that ingredient is not Caffeine.

So, on that bombshell, let’s take a closer look.

Conjugated Linolenic Acid (CLA) – Initial reports and studies of CLA have showed that it helped a bunch of women who did no exercise lose 9% body fat.

However, further studies are showing very mixed, if not medicore results that aren’t really setting the world alight, in fact the side effects are having their presence felt moreso outweighing any real benefits.

Any benefits that were found meant that the composition had to be greater than 80%.

We are instructed to take 2 softgels three times daily which equates to 6000mg.

That is a lot and compares well with the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

This is also much more than many other CLA supplements.

Effects & Benefits:

The CLA, while it has offered a good result in the past seems to be a bit patchy in respect of its continued performance.

This is a bit worrying, especially when there is just 1 ingredient. There’s no support or back up to help.

This is a big dose though and is the required 80% composition.

It’s all or nothing, so it will either work or not.

Some manufacturers offer just the CLA as the whole package.

However, others include supporting ingredients too.

I consider this of two ways.

a) I would prefer to buy a CLA supplement with other included ingredients such as that offered by MuscleTech which will offer much more overall support and improve results.

b) Don’t bother at all, CLA is not entirely conclusive and as such the manufacturers do not have the confidence to release it a stand alone product because of the evidence not stacking up entirely.

iFORCE Nutrition CLA 1000 Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

This is a funny one to handle.

In one case it has provided a good result for women who lost weight and didn’t do any form of exercise.

On the other side of the coin, those results seem not to be have been replicated.

Thus, it may work but it is a risk. A bit of a big risk too as there’s no other supporting ingredients that could offer additional support for your fat loss goals.

If you want a truly effective fat burner, you would be better using one of the supplements in our top 3.
