My Massive Testo Natural Testosterone Booster Review

My Massive Testo Natural Testosterone Booster Review First Look

Are you concerned about your testosterone levels?

Do you have any other worries?

Is it money, career, women, men, maybe even fitness and overall health?

Well, let’s just start from the rear and work our way backwards.

If your health and fitness is not in good shape it will have a negative impact on the rest of your life.

Being healthy and fit means that you can pursue other areas of your life and fuel your ambitions successfully.

A healthy body is a healthy mind, after all.

I personally place a lot of emphasis where I can on cycling to work and lifting heavy weights.

I feel that when I can routinely perform exercises like this it makes me perform better when I am working.

In the morning after a 10 miles cycle I feel refreshed and my head is clear, whereas sitting on a train, in a bus or sat in traffic turns your mind to sludge.

Likewise, a good weight session helps revitalize your evenings instead of collapsing on a sofa drinking beer or soda.

I always feel much worse when there is a lack of consistency to my training, and a lack of training can effect test levels, too.

A reduction in testosterone can lead to the following problems:

  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Loss of strength
  • Increased risk of osteoporosis
  • A change in mood and outlook on life
  • Irritability
  • Increase of fat mass
  • Reduced energy levels
  • Loss of libido

That means not only could you suffer from health problems but your hard won gains from could also diminish quickly.

Therefore, it is key that your natural levels of testosterone are kept to a healthy and sustained level for optimal benefit.

What’s the science behind natural T-boosters?

If we take the principles just mentioned and elaborate further, there are reputable studies for many ingredients from respected sources that prove natural testosterone levels  can be increased when these ingredients are consumed.

These ingredients are not synthetic, either…

We are talking about vitamins such as Vitamin C or Vitamin D.

Mineral such as Magnesium or Zinc are also proven to stimulate more testosterone, and, studies show that if you are lacking these nutrients, you’re testosterone levels are likely to be low.

What an effective natural testosterone booster does is take a variety of proven ingredients, put them together generally in a pill in the amounts required for the most benefit and provide it to you in a convenient package.

Also ensure the following points are adhered to:

Massive Testo Ingredients: The Science

So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:

BioPerine/Piper Nigrum

The extract of piperine, called BioPerine®  in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States.

BioPerine®  significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption. [1]

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant made by the body. It is found in every cell, where it helps turn glucose into energy.

Antioxidants attack “free radicals,” waste products created when the body turns food into energy.

Free radicals cause harmful chemical reactions that can damage cells, making it harder for the body to fight off infections. [2]

Forslean (Coleus forskohlii)

Forskolin is a chemical found in the roots of the plant Plectranthus barbatus.

This plant has been used since ancient times to treat heart disorders such as high blood pressure and chest pain (angina), as well as respiratory disorders such as asthma, it can also assist with reducing fat mass in obese people.

However, no reliable scientific information that shows Coleus forskohlii extracts taken by mouth are effective.[3]

Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium)

It seems that the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.

It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.[4]

Serenoa Serrulata/Saw Palmetto

This fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false.

It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.[5]

Found in curries which taste great, however, food aside, Fenugreek is good for natural testosterone production.

Further research also shows that fenugreek seed extract is able to reduce the daily fat intake in overweight males if taken orally at a dose of 392mg three times daily for two to six weeks.

So, to include Fenugreek in your supplement allowance is advised.[6]

Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.

The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down the gym.

The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.

In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gains.[7] [8]

Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali)

This is known as a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.[9]

Carduus Mar (Milk Thistle)

A great ingredient used to flush out and protect the liver as well as help repair cells but more required for anyone doing a course or Prohormones or oral anabolic steroids.[10]

How To Take Massive Testo

Two capsules are to be taken daily.

It is recommended that we spread our doses evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and to ensure that if you get a large hit of ingredients it isn’t wasted if your body doesn’t require them.

Therefore, if you have a massive dose of Magnesium for instance yet your body is still processing and utilising Magnesium from a meal you’ve recently had it will only use what is required.

A daily serving is 1082mg. This is very low and far from the doses offered by products like Prime Male which would offer nearly three times the amount.

Sometimes when analysing the ingredient profile it is very easy to forget what the aim of the supplement is, and, likewise, when you are analysing each ingredient you come to the realisation that the manufacturer did too!

This is a casing point.

There is only one ingredient included in this test booster that actually increases natural testosterone.

Fenugreek is proven to help increase your natural levels of testosterone, additionally, it has demonstrated effective fat burning qualities, too.

Milk Thistle helps repair any damage that may have occurred to the liver while on steroids, this is particularly helpful if you have been taking oral steroids but not especially necessary unless you are a big drinker.

There’s another beneficial ingredient of the same ilk as Milk Thistle, too.

Saw palmetto may help to reduce prostate growth, however, again, this is not really necessary unless you are a user of steroids and you want to be cautionary.

Black Pepper/BioPerine doesn’t actually offer any hormonal benefit but helps the other ingredients be absorbed so they can help you better.

Alpha Lipoic Acid can help fight against free radicals which are waste products that attack the body and can damage cells.

$69.99 – pretty high for the small level of benefit

The daily dose for this product is low and does not reflect the price point at which this is at.

Then, this does form a proprietary blend, as do some of the worse products we come across…

If you are not familiar with a proprietary blend, watch the video below of me in my old garage gym.

If you have skipped the video, a proprietary blend essentially means that although we know which ingredients are included in the supplement, we have no idea of the individual breakdown of each ingredient.

Legally, the supplement company could literally include just trace amounts per ingredient and the rest being a low cost filler.

Just to repeat that, this is completely legal.

So, always bear that in mind if you read an ingredients panel and those dreaded words appear.

You simply have no idea how much of each is included.

So, with this in mind, let’s see what the other ingredients simply cannot do for us, and let us not forget that from the total of nine ingredients, just one has the ability to have a positive effect on testosterone.

Eurycoma is a popular ingredient found in lots of test boosters which I find baffling, that is because it has no real body of proof to demonstrate that it will increase T levels in humans.

Tribulus, almost universally known as the original test boosting plant. Except that it doesn’t boost testosterone at all.

The world’s best selling lie.

Epimedium is another ingredient that has no warranted proof to demonstrate that it is effective at raising test levels.

Coleus is one of those ancient plant extracts that has been used for many years for many ailments, yet there’s no substantial evidence that would offer any reason to believe that oral administration of Coleus has a positive effect.

What Improvements Could Be Made?

This lacks test boosting ingredients. That is the long and short of it.

With just one ingredient that has scientific proof to demonstrate it has the ability to raise test levels, this is clearly lacking somewhat.

So, what is it missing?

Our research will tell you there are at least ten ingredients that are proven to raise test levels that are missing:

  • DAA
  • D3
  • B6
  • B12
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • C
  • Oyster
  • Creatine
  • K2

This is highlighted because when you consider the effective testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel contain at least 9 proven ingredients to raise test levels.

This daily dose in not competitive, either.

At just over 1000mg it is less than a third of the content that we would find with other proven test boosters.

My Massive Testo Natural Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

This is a product that is lacking proven and research driven ingredients.

An effective and beneficial test booster should have a combination of clinically proven ingredients that have an ability to stimulate test levels.

An effect and beneficial test booster should also have an adequate daily dose with an appropriate dosing strategy.

This natural test booster does not contain any of these required attributes to offer the increases of testosterone that we need for a healthy life.

Not only that, but this combination of ingredients falls within a proprietary blend.

Any final words for this review..?

With a mere single clinically prove test boosting ingredient available, this product for such a high price is clearly not adding any value to your health and fitness regime.

Therefore, at present, you should check out what the better options, here.
