My Prime Labs Tribulus Testosterone Booster Review

My Prime Labs Tribulus Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

I have a raging hangover today and a sore throat. I thought 10 pints of different beers plus wine and jagerbombs may has eased my symptoms, but alas, it hasn’t worked.

So, after a night on my buddies sofa, a morning with the parents and food shopping not mention trying to fit a new door knob today I am about to drop.

I was planning on doing some deadlifts today as well, but that plan has firmly gone out of the window.

The beauty about deadlifts is that they trigger your body to secrete more testosterone. That means your leg days is simultaneously giving you chest day, in fact, all over body day gains.

However, if you are in a similar state to me currently drinking a pre workout and snacking on bacon flavored potato chips you may need to find alternative methods to try and stimulate increased testosterone production.

I am looking to ensure my testosterone levels are topped up, especially when booze can contribute to lowering them.

Avoiding a reduction in natural testosterone levels is important for overall health, not just building muscle and strength.

A reduction in testosterone can lead to the following problems:

  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Loss of strength
  • Increased risk of osteoporosis
  • A change in mood and outlook on life
  • Irratibility
  • Increase of fat mass
  • Reduced energy levels
  • Loss of libido

Seeing as I am interested in weight lifting and trying to increase my strength it is of a double concern that my testosterone levels are maintained at a high level.

As such, I use TestoFuel because it contains nine proven ingredients that are able to stimulate more testosterone production.

As a result I have seen some great results that would envy a younger version of myself.

I am always keen to see what other products can offer and if they can have such great effects as well.

So, I want to see how this Tribulus from Prime Labs can help.

What’s the science behind natural T-boosters?

If we take the principles just mentioned and elaborate further, there are reputable studies for many ingredients from respected sources that prove natural testosterone levels  can be increased when these ingredients are consumed.

These ingredients are not synthetic, either…

We are talking about vitamins such as Vitamin C or Vitamin D.

Mineral such as Magnesium or Zinc are also proven to stimulate more testosterone, and, studies show that if you are lacking these nutrients, you’re testosterone levels are likely to be low.

What an effective natural testosterone booster does is take a variety of proven ingredients, put them together generally in a pill in the amounts required for the most benefit and provide it to you in a convenient package.

Ingredients: The Studies

Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.

The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down the gym.

The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.

In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

Two pills per day.

It is recommended that we spread our doses evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and to ensure that if you get a large hit of ingredients it isn’t wasted if your body doesn’t require them.

A daily serving is 1300mg.

This is less, in fact about 60% less than what is included in the better products such as Prime Male.

Tribulus just does not improve or increase natural testosterone levels at all.

The studies have outlined this yet some companies still push Tribulus as a wonder plant extract, when, quite frankly, it is not.

However, if you do enjoy throwing money away, you could buy this and then not use it. Or you could use that money to donate to charity instead. That way you should get a nice warm feeling inside rather than a serious bout of indigestion.

If, in case, you have not read the bit above, I will just reiterate how ineffective this actually is.

The studies prove that this is no wonder plant extract and that the results are contrary to the anecdotal evidence often spouted that this can help increase natural test levels.

It cannot.

This is why Tribulus cannot be found in effective and beneficial test boosters such as TestoFuel which includes nine proven natural ingredients that can help your body produce more natural testosterone.

My Prime Labs Tribulus Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

As already mentioned I use TestoFuel which includes 9 effective and proven testosterone boosting ingredients.

TestoFuel has provided some great, noticeable results. Mainly my strength and muscular definition has increased in the past.

I have also used it as a post cycle therapy (PCT) after a cycle of prohormones and it managed to make me feel much better, increase my performance in the gym and get my libido returned to normal.

However, this supplement from Prime Labs omits all of those proven ingredients and omits any other proven ingredients, instead, favoring a single ingredient that science has disproven to be of benefit.

If this was to be beneficial, it would require a number of other elements such as:

  • DAA
  • K2
  • Vitamin C
  • Oyster
  • Ginseng
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • B12
  • B6
  • Fenugreek
  • D3
