With summer quietly teasing us with its longer days and lighter nights it is time for many people to put that bulk to good use and start cutting so they look great for IG.

I personally want to lose a bit of wasted mass so all of my weight is just muscle and useful.

I will have to start jogging a lot more soon which I always find a pain at my weight, and particularly my height because I do not have long legs.

However, I spoke to a big wig from Glanbia (who control numerous premium nutrition brands) not too long ago who told me the materials they use for their supplements are not the premium quality as found in some brands such as Optimum Nutrition or BSN.

What can a fat burner really do?

You may well be surprised actually.

The idea that an effective fat burner just magically makes your waist smaller is far from the truth.

However, only the effective fat burners contain a number of ingredients in correct doses that work harmoniously and through a number of outcomes help you lose fat mass, not muscle.

Their benefits include, but are not limited to:

  • Increase energy – This will help you be more active and stimulate you for effective workouts

There are nine ingredients present, and to be fair, a quick glance looks like we could be on to a winner, even at this low price.

I want to delve a little deeper and see what benefits this fat burner from Thermopure offers those (and me) looking to burn additional fat and chip away at those fat stores that have decided to hang over our waistbands.

Let’s see what we have here.

B12 is able to speed up the metabolism and provide extra energy to work hard.

Green Tea is a proven ingredient that we see in all of the better fat burner supplements on the market.

Cayenne is also proven and can raise the core body temperature which in turn raises the metabolism burning more calories at rest to get closer to that calorie deficit.

Caffeine not only increase focus, energy but helps with recovery so you’re not aching as much which could put you off that extra session in the gym.

Theanine is extra beneficial when taken with Caffeine, this way it can improve IQ scores and generally improve overall cognitive function.

Chromium is another ingredient found in the best fat burner because it enables your body to use fats and carbs properly as well as transport glucose from the cells for energy.

Tyrosine helps fight off fatigue and improves concentration, this way you can get off the sofa and focus on that set of squats.

This is quite difficult to criticise because, by all intents and purposes it provides a good number of ingredients that are beneficial.

The only real issues are regarding low doses for some of the ingredients such as B12 and Chromium when compared to other fat burner supplements.

Then there’s a couple of ingredients such as Tyrosine and Theanine which I would prefer to be dropped and replaced with something such as Magnesium and Zinc.

Then, there’s a number of ingredients that are missing, yet are proven to be beneficial and would like to have seen included, too. 

These include:

  • Zinc
  • Glucomannan
  • Green Coffee extract
  • Vitamin C
  • Magnesium
  • Synephrine

MyProtein Thermopure Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

This is a good supplement and one that will help the user get closer to that calorie deficit or increase it more so.

This will lead to steady and sustainable fat loss, for a competitive price.

However, it is not without its (minor) issues.

This concerns doses of some of the ingredients and also some ingredients that are not included, or which I would rather include to better performance.

Anything else worth adding to this review..?

This is a cheap and good fat burner which contains some real powerhouse ingredients found in many proven fat burners.

There’s a few areas to improve, but overall, a good effort and worthy of the pricetag.
