I think summer could be on its way.

I know spring is here, because, if I look on a calendar it says it is early May.

How to take Pure Slim Garcinia

Up to three pills to be taken. one 30-60 minutes prior to a meal.

It is good to spread out the dose across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process rather than peaks and troughs.

If you get too much of certain ingredients, that what the body doesn’t need at the time will be wasted and you will not feel the benefit.

Therefore, if you have a massive dose of Magnesium for instance yet your body is still processing and utilizing Magnesium from a meal you’ve recently had it will only use what is required.

However, what it fails to mention is that this also contains three further ingredients that are just as beneficial if not more so.

So, from a first glance, this may actually be quite effective, although the total number of ingredients is low.

So what do we have?

Chromium is often found in the nest fat burner supplements because it helps your body use carbs and fast better to provide you with energy required for a long bike ride or weights session.

Garcinia Cambogia has been seen to potentially help those with stage 1 obesity lose fat, but the findings are slim (no pun intended) and not entirely conclusive.

Vitamin C deficient people are also more prone to being overweight according to the studies.

Calcium is actually a good hormone regulator. It helps increase testosterone levels and higher levels of testosterone helps you cut fat.

Cons

There are a couple f areas that need to be addressed.

This is regarding the effectiveness of Garcinia and the potential risks associated with Calcium supplementation.

Garcinia does not have a real in depth body of proof from research that this is a consistent fat reducing ingredient.

Some research indicates that is may help those people who are stage 1 obese lose some weight. Hardly concrete evidence, though.

Calcium supplementation may actually cause potential cardiovascular harm over the long term as it can line the arteries with plaque which them can place more pressure on the heart when trying to pump blood around the body to the organs and muscles.


What Improvements Could Be Made?

This fat burner requires more thermogenic ingredients or ingredients able to help energize you in order to be more active.

This way, you will burn more calories.

And, really, Garcinia needs to be lost and replaced by other proven additional ingredients. Calcium use also needs to be taken with caution.

As a result, this supplement could really do with the listed ingredients to make it much more effective:

  • Green Tea
  • D3
  • B12
  • Green Coffee
  • B6
  • Magnesium
  • Cayenne
  • Fenugreek
  • Synephrine

Without any of these, this will not have the maximum effect on fat loss.

Okay this contains four ingredients, all of which can potentially help with weight loss.

However, the main headline ingredient has less positive supporting evidence for weight loss than at least tow of the additional ingredients.

And, really, this does omit far too many ingredients with plenty of research and evidence which would prove that they can provide the required thermogenic properties to sustain calorie expenditure which will contribute to fat loss.

Anything else worth adding to this review..?

This lacks the full plethora of proven ingredients that are rated highly for fat loss.
