Stuart Medical Supply Vigorous You Testosterone Booster Review

Vigorous You Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

Since returning from Malaga for a short stint away in the sunshine, I hit the gym last night to just do some deadlifts in order to ease myself back in to the routine.

I thought that the time off may have helped me recharge and re-enter the arena with more power and strength.

However, it seems the constant boozing and eating may well have taken its toll.

I felt terrible. I didn’t feel strong nor invigorated.

That said, I am not aching today at all, so maybe it didn’t kill me as much as I thought and it was just psychological.

So, with all of that in mind, I wish to be able to overcome these newly laid barriers.

I want to ensure my testosterone levels are optimum so my hormone levels are in peak condition which will not only allow me to build more muscle, but strip a bit of fat, increase libido and improve my mood…something much required after a week of boozing.

With a brand called ‘Vigorous You’, I am thinking that this can at least increase my libido if nothing else.

I feel quite vigorous at the moment with my cycling to work routine and weight lifting but this may take me to further pastures new and am therefore excited to see what it can do.

Horny Goat Weed – Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.

It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

Chrysin – Laboratory research suggests that chrysin might increase testosterone, but research in humans hasn’t found any effect on testosterone levels.

The amount of chrysin that is absorbed from the intestine may be very small, which would make the effects unlikely.

Cissus Quadrangularis – Due to the ability of cissus quadrangularis to act as a glucocorticoid antagonist, it has been proposed to possess anabolic activity; no studies have yet addressed this topic.

Anecdotes of cissus seem to precede much of the science on the topic.

Hawthorn Berries – At best this ingredient may help with reducing inflammation and blood flow but there’s no concrete evidence to be found regarding increasing testosterone levels.

Every article relating to testosterone increases with Hawthorn berries is on a site wanting you to buy them.

Saw Palmetto – this fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false.

It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.

Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.

The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down gym.

The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.

In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali) – Is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.

Magnesium – Research into magnesium supplementation also increased testosterone production in men.

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.

Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.

It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

We are instructed to take 3 pills, however, this is just before bedtime rather than throughout the day.

It is better to have at least 4 pills and for them to be taken over the course of the day to ensure that your body gets a trickle of the nutrients to work with.

The 3 pills only provide 1305mg per day which is not particularly adequate nor competitive.

This amount of ingredients, plus the combined mass looks incredibly familiar…

When you consider that the best testosterone boosters offer nearly 3 times that figure this is starting to look deficient.

Effects & Benefits:

Only 2 ingredients are able to help stimulate testosterone production.

Remarkably, I am not impressed, not when there are testosterone boosters on the market that offer 8+ ingredients that all are proven to trigger more natural testosterone production.

So, while it is a relief to see Magnesium and Zinc as are often so present in the best testosterone boosters, to just have these two ingredients included in a product that is supposed to ensure your body has more testosterone looks a little suspect.

Furthermore, Longjack and Horny Goat Weed may help with erections. So that may help any underlying issues you have there, but those two ingredients are not related to increased testosterone.

As already mentioned, it is great to see Zinc and Magnesum, however…

Zinc and Magnesium combined make up just 230mg of the total 1305mg.

This is a really low amount percentage and a low amount full stop, especially when you consider that many ZMA products would contain 450mg of Magnesium alone and a ZMA forms the basis of a solid test booster.

Then let us consider the overall daily amount which is really low, in fact with the best testosterone boosters offering in excess of 3000mg, a mere shade over 1300mg is not competitive.

In fact, it’s downright terrible value.

However, overall there are 9 ingredients, yet just 2 offer assistance to stimulate testosterone…so again, a low dose, coupled with minimal active ingredients which is then combined with a low amount of the 2 ingredients.

This is starting to look even worse value than previously considered.

There’s just too many ingredients that lack real concrete scientific evidence that they can increase natural testosterone production.

Vigorous You Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

So it offers just 2 proven ingredients, yet in low doses.

Not only does it omit excellent, effective and proven ingredients often found in supplements such as TestoFuel it also lack the high dose and enough pills to make it beneficial.

Effective testosterone boosters should include:

  • DAA
  • D3
  • B6
  • K2
  • Fenugreek
  • B12
  • Oyster
  • Ginseng
  • Boron

What we seem to have here is a product that is incredibly similar to many other testosterone boosters available on Amazon.

The ingredients and doses all being the same with just different branding. It makes a mockery of the supplement market.

Instead of wasting your money on this, take a look at what I have found to be personally and scientifically effective instead.
