I regretfully have not cycled in to work today, especially seeing as the weather is so good.

Considering as I am going away on vacation very shortly, I want to ensure that I look my best, but also, that when I am training I feel my best, too.
As we know, fat cannot be spot reduced or targeted without surgery, so we have to work hard to ensure all areas are hit.
This means gym work in combination with cardio and a good diet that allows more calories to be used for energy than taken in from food and drink.
This is exactly where an effective fat burner can help.
Fat burners can give you that edge whereby you burn the extra calories required which help toward creating that deficit which can lead to fat loss.
These are especially useful if you cannot continuously commit to a really good and consistent cardio regime such as myself due to other commitments on occasion.

It is good to spread out the dose across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process rather than peaks and troughs.

What Improvements Could Be Made?
It has to be said that this this fat burner does provide several proven and well regarded ingredients that can contribute to weight loss.
However, there is more to be done.
This would include dosing this higher so we can get more benefit, plus swapping those ingredients that are not proven, for ingredients that are.
We must also make you aware that regular and consistent Calcium use also needs to be taken with caution.
Yet, this supplement could really do with the listed ingredients to make it much more effective:

Without any of these, this will not have the maximum effect on fat loss.

I have to award this fat burner with some points for effort.
It contains several beneficial and scientifically proven ingredients that will contribute to fat loss. This is much more than many of the products we see on the market.
However, there are areas that need developing.
This does include increasing the daily dose, and the dosing strategy.
It would also benefit from replacing three of the ingredients that do not have any proof of their effectiveness with three or more proven ingredients found in other fat burner supplements that are proven ot offer excellent results.

This lacks the full plethora of proven ingredients that are rated highly for fat loss.
