My Vitality Fitness Relentless Vitality RX Testosterone Booster Review
My Vitality Fitness Relentless Vitality RX Testosterone Booster Review First Look:
I desperately need to hit the weights.
However, after feeling unwell with a cold recently, trying to workout never really ends with anything fruitful.
In fact, sometimes hitting the gym when you are not feeling great can leave you feeling miserable as you cannot perform to your best, you can’t push as much iron as normal and you are left wondering why you bother.
However, even when you are not feeling up to the gym, you should still be conscious of your testosterone levels.
As I am nearing the age of 34 I am acutely aware of the effects that low testosterone can have as I grow older.
Although, the effects of naturally lowering testosterone are not immediately noticeable they can be easily identified.
What a reduction in testosterone means is:
- Loss of muscle mass
- Loss of strength
- Increased risk of osteoporosis
- A change in mood and outlook on life
- Increase of fat mass
- Reduced energy levels
- Loss of libido
There are some way to combat this, and resistance training or weightlifting is helpful, particularly if compound exercises are employed.
You can also incorporate a testosterone booster supplement in to your lifestyle as I did when I started to notice the beginnings of a change when I hit 32 years of age.
Seeing as I am interested in weight lifting and trying to increase my strength it is of a double concern that my testosterone levels are maintained at a high level.
As such, I use TestoFuel because it contains nine proven ingredients that are able to stimulate more testosterone production.
Ingredients: The Science
Horny Goat Weed – Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.
It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.
Saw Palmetto – this fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false.
It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.
Tongkat Ali – Eurycoma (LongJack) is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.
However, there is a lack of evidence for testosterone boosting in humans, although some very limited evidence in animals.
Sarsaparilla – Athletes sometimes use sarsaparilla as a steroid for performance enhancement.
Some supplement makers claim that chemicals (sterols) in sarsaparilla can be converted to anabolic steroids like testosterone. But this is a false claim.
Nettle – Good for reducing inflammation and an enlarged prostate but has no effect on testosterone.
Wild Yam Extract – Taking wild yam extract will not increase DHEA levels in people. Individuals who are interested in taking DHEA should avoid wild yam products labeled as “natural DHEA.”
This is found in our list of ingredients to AVOID.
Orchic Substance – Claimed to help stimulate testosterone in men. However, there is currently no evidence to support this claim.
Boron – Boron is great for the older lifter or those doing high weight low rep work as it helps to reduce inflammation, something that is found in PrimeMale, which I am a fan of.
Also helps raise testosterone levels.
The daily dose is just 2 capsules a day which is not the best dosing strategy there is…
It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.
This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and to ensure that if you get a large hit of ingredients it isn’t wasted if your body doesn’t require them.
A daily serving is a less than adequate 1484mg. This is about half the amount included in the better products such as Prime Male.
In this testosterone booster supplement just two ingredients can offer some form of benefit to testosterone levels.
These are in the form of:
However, these are not the best ingredients available to stimulate more testosterone.
Nettle merely controls inflammation. Now this is important because too much inflammation has a negative impact on testosterone production.
It can actually help against the fight of other chronic diseases such as obesity…
It is not actually increasing testosterone levels though, that’s the problem. It is merely helping preserve them.
Boron is effective at increasing testosterone levels and controlling inflammation…which is a glimmer of light.
Nothing else can help in our quest to help make us feel more sprightly, increase muscle mass or even shed fat let alone help with bone strength.
So, overall, not a great line up.
Of the total eight ingredients, just two of those can offer some benefit towards increasing or at least trying to balance testosterone levels while keeping fat mass at bay.
We are then left with seventy-five percent of the product that offer no benefit to raising testosterone levels if anything at all.
If you are lucky, Tongkat Ali and Horny Goat Weed may help give you an erection…however, as much as I love an inappropriate erection I am here for muscle and might.
Yet, with a dose that is less than fifty percent of the premium testosterone boosters and a flawed dosing strategy of just two pills per day this product does not reflect well on the brand.
The premium and effective testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel contain 9 proven ingredients, a dose that is around twice as much and has enough pills to provide a constant trickle of ingredients.
My Vitality Fitness Relentless Vitality RX Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:
As already mentioned I use TestoFuel which includes 9 effective and proven testosterone boosting ingredients….it is not on it’s own though, you can check out other competent testosterone boosters, here.
For me, TestoFuel has provided some great, noticeable results. Mainly my strength and muscular definition has increased.
Not only that, I feel much better overall.
Additionally, when I used it as a post cycle therapy (PCT) after a cycle of prohormones it pulled me out of the lull of decreased natural testosterone levels which was killing my libido…and my confidence
Considering I had just started a new relationship at the time, I was panicking.
I had experienced what good, effective testosterone booster could do.
Yet, with this, there will be no noticeable gain.
This is because only twenty-five percent of the eight combined ingredients will offer anything to help stimulate or at least help regulate your testosterone levels.
There are far better testosterone boosters on the market.
