You want more gains, right?  Don’t we all!  Simple, the bro at the gym says to get jacked you need to increase the intensity just like he does…7 days a week in the gym obliterating every muscle and taking selfies in the mirrors…awesome.

He’s wrong, so fucking wrong – if you are natty, jacking the intensity is just going to destroy your body.  That bro is probably on every goddamn juice under the sun, ignore him or get juiced yourself.

If you don’t want to get juiced but jacked, read on…

Before you ever jack up your training intensity you must ensure that you are not training too much or too frequent.  Some people say you must train harder, cough and spit blood and then puke on the floor to makes gains…some people who are told they must reach this level of animalism are already training hard enough to make progress.

It is not necessary to train until you collapse (and shit everywhere) in order to stimulate growth.

The explanation for stagnating and their poor, non existent gains is that they are not resting enough between workout sessions to allow for growth.  Because they are already over training (after taking advice from a supplement company or the big dude in the gym) on their current program and intensity, to train even harder will destroy any further progress.
