I went through a stage of approximately 3 to 4 years of long commutes to work, long hours at work plus other commitments which led me to putting on weight in all of the wrong places and I just could not increase my muscle mass.
Nothing was consistent about my diet, nutrition, training or progress. I was up and down constantly.
