REDCON1 Silencer Fat Burner Review First LooK:
I am happy to see that now I am cycling to work the extra fat is starting to melt away a bit. While in general I look like a sack of shit, I can see abdominal muscles fighting their way through so they’re now visible…in some light.
However, that is the frustrating part, in some light such as daylight I can see the beginnings of a ripped torso, then you get in other light and look like a blob of fat shit.
I feel I am so close yet just too far away to have any thing particularly impressive.
That said, I have never strived for aesthetics, always for strength and a bit of shape/size.
However, sometimes, you can get a little self conscious, especially when people see your big shoulder sand chest, they also expect an amazing six pack.
How disappointed they can be…
However, REDCON1 may well be able to help us reach that goal, to eventually put us in that place where beforehand we were struggling to reach.
It certainly looks serious, so I am expecting great things.
Ingredients
3, 5-Diiodo-L-Thyronine – Very much a case of mixed results and theories on this as a supplement. The most concern being over the side effects from prolonged use. Caution is advised.

Alpha Lipoic Acid – Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant made by the body. It is found in every cell, where it helps turn glucose into energy.
Antioxidants attack “free radicals,” waste products created when the body turns food into energy.
Free radicals cause harmful chemical reactions that can damage cells, making it harder for the body to fight off infections.

Rasberry Ketone – Whilst touted as a miracle weight loss supplement and sometimes for lean muscle mass it is important to keep in mind that there is no reliable scientific evidence that it improves weight loss when taken by people.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) – Full of vitamins but not a great deal of human research to suggest that it can suppress appetite or lower blood sugar levels.

Conjugated Linolenic Acid (CLA) – Initial reports and studies of CLA have showed that it helped a bunch of women who did no exercise lose 9% body fat.
However, further studies are showing very mixed, if not medicore results that aren’t really setting the world alight, in fact the side effects are having their presence felt moreso outweighing any real benefits.
Any benefits that were found meant that the composition had to be greater than 80%.

Garcinia Cambogia – Supposedly helps people lose weight, however, trials have been unsubstantiated or at least unimpressive.
Any tests run where there has been a glimmer of hope have been in stage 1 obese people.

L-Carnitine – Acetyl-L-carnitine helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.

Men who were supplemented 2g per day showed an increase of Insulin like growth hormone when combined with exercise.

Dose:
The advice is to take 4 capsules daily which provides a fair 2350.2mg.
This amount and similar to what other proven and effective fat burners offer.
However, it is also better spread the doses out evenly through the day to ensure the body gets a trickle of the ingredients rather one massive hit.
Effects & Benefits:
When dosed correctly, Carnitine can increase growth hormone which is great for muscular and strength development.
However, let’s concentrate solely on those ingredients that can help or help towards fat loss.
Of which, CLA appears to offer the most promise.
Garcinia may help stage 1 obese people, but the claims have not been particularity well substantiated in tests.
That means, of 8 ingredients we have 3 that can potentially help us reduce fat.
Negatives:
Of the 8 ingredients 5 will not help at all towards fat loss.
If we are really serious, CLA and even Garcinia offer patchy results at best.
L-Carnitine can help with growth hormone and muscular function but we require 2000mg per day, not the 500mg offered here.
3, 5-Diiodo-L-Thyronine can produce unwanted side effects for prolongued use which would deem it unsafe and not worth the risk for unproven fat reducing effects.
This supplement is also missing many, proven ingredients often found in the best fat burners such as:
- B6
- B12
- Zinc
- Cayenne Pepper
- Caffeine
- Green Tea
- Green Coffee
These ingredients would have helped massively because they are all proven to actually stimulate fat burn by raising the metabolism which increases calorie burn.
$64.99 is a bit steep for a bunch of unwarranted ingredients.
REDCON1 Silencer Fat Burner Review Conclusion:
This really misses the boat.
There’s 8 ingredients, 4 doses per day plus a good dose of nearly 2400mg daily.
However, it omits all of the ingredients that should be included which are proven to stimulate fat burn. In their place we have 5 ingredients that are not proven to work or offer any real benefit and a further 3 that have irregular results at best.
Plus 1 that would offer benefit and is widely acknowledged as beneficial but only when dosed at 2000mg per day and yet here we are provided with a quarter of that.
As a result, this doesn’t sit highly on our podium of the best fat burners which you can read about here.
