HPN M(6) METABOLISM OPTIMIZATION ANTHORIGIN Fat Burner Review First Look:

In my efforts to build muscle and lose fat I am currently eating tuna and rice. From some Tupperware.

I was in the gym last night, I have increased my lifts slightly across the board which is pleasing me and I will be cycling 7 miles home, with a nasty long uphill drag for the last mile.

Let’s forget about the mint chocolate Aero I was eating earlier though, right?

A probable vacation to France in about 1 month time is on the cards and I want to look a bit better on the physical side.

I have said in past that I am not bothered about looking shredded to the point of 8% body fat but just to have that athletic, rugby physique with a bit more mass over total definition.

Plus the amount of booze I drink at the weekend is not ever going to allow me to get below 12% body fat anyway I reckon.

Plus, no one has ever complained at me before about my body 😉 so I am pretty confident about my appearance, however, that doesn’t mean to say I will rest on my laurels.

In a relationship or not, it is certainly a good idea to keep on top of things, keep the routine, keep the desire and exercise constant.

Now, I have come across this fat burner from HPN which looks interesting. Not just the acid tripping label but the ingredients too.

Follow me down the rabbit hole…

Ingredients

button-4

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – Gives you more energy and boost your metabolism, helping you shed unwanted pounds. Ensure you are not deficient in Vitamin B12 so you can do that quick 10 miler at 5am…

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Glucuronolactone – A component of many energy drinks, not great news considering there’s fuck all research on it.

Paullinia Cupana (AKA Guarana) – Studies note that 75mg guarana (9mg caffeine) was able to enhance cognitive scores related to memory and reaction time with a subsequent dose-response study noting that 75mg was more effective than higher (150-300mg) and lower (37.5mg) doses.

Anthocyanin – Scientists and medical practitioners simply cannot track the progress or effectiveness of Anthocyanins once orally ingested which means we cannot say what kind of benefits this will have.

Not only that, what basis was Anthocyanin included if we have no idea of its effectiveness.

Dose:

Up to 4 pills per day.

This would equate up to 1628.2mg daily.

This isn’t a high dose and does not compare well at all with the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg. That’s almost 50% more!

Effects & Benefits:

Caffeine will help  raise the metabolism which will burn more calories.

Caffeine is found in many, effective fat burners due to its proven effectiveness.

B12 will also give you energy and increase your metabolic rate to burn fat.

Guarana can help with working memory and reaction times, not really anything to do with losing weight but it can’t hurt us. Unless…we’ll come back to this later.

Negatives:

There’s not really a large number or ingredients nor a much of overall mass coming in at nearly 50% less mg than the best fat burners.

Not only that, this is a proprietary blend. Why does this matter?

A proprietary blend means that although we know the overall weight of the combined ingredients within the blend, we have no idea how much of each individual ingredient is included.

You may not think this matters.

However, it does. Big time.

Some ingredients are dose sensitive for a start. For instance Guarana, which is included here. So this means we do not know how effective it can be from just reading the label.

It is also worth noting that even if a trace amount of any ingredient is included it can be listed on the ingredients panel on the bottle.

You may think you are getting a wealth of great ingredients, but if it is just trace amounts they’re not going to work.

It then means that the majority of the blend could just be a bulking agent with a number of trace ingredients included.

That is basically a scam. That you, the consumer feels the brunt of.

So, yes, Guarana could be dosed incorrectly here and Glucuronolactone has basically no research about it even though it is found in many energy drinks.

Anthocyanin is also too difficult for scientists to track its performance when orally ingested meaning we have no idea if it will benefit us either.

HPN M(6) METABOLISM OPTIMIZATION ANTHORIGIN Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

This is missing a lot.

It misses a number of effective ingredients.

It is missing mass only being around 50% of what we would normally expect.

It misses transparency.

Yet it includes only 2 effective fat burning ingredients.

It includes 2 ingredients that have next to nothing in terms of research or traceable results to their names.

It also includes an ingredient which is highly dose sensitive, yet does not include the dose we are given.

There are superior and safer fat burners on the market though which you should consider taking a look at..
