Heavy vs. Light Weight Training
I’ve always responded well to low reps and high weight training, it is just may make up that determines that. I’ve tried a higher range of reps but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.
There’s a lot of ‘scholarly’ views out there in the big World Wide Web that dictate what works and doesn’t – see what your body dictates to you and don’t get hung up on training programs from online PT’s.
