Full Disclosure Nutrition Test Arrival Natural Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

Do you spend hours browsing through all of the supplement website looking at all of the weird and wonderful offerings?

I do, and shine a light, there’s a hell of a lot of crap available all for inflated prices too.

However, realistically, for the best muscular growth you need to increase your natural levels of growth hormone.

That’s right, more testosterone means more lean muscle mass, more strength and greater fat loss.

On that note, I want to find the best testosterone booster there is available on the global market.

Steroids work, but steroids can be dangerous and illegal depending where you are.

The quality control of steroids maybe an issue too if they’re bought from the black market.

However, some testosterone boosters can have a large impact too, we already have rated our top 3 so far as these have the best quality of ingredients that are proven to work.

However, looking on another market place, I saw this called Test Arrival which seemed pretty confident. Like a train of testosterone arriving at gainzville.

Who could possibly resist?

Ingredients:

Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.

The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down the gym.

The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.

In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

Methoxyisoflavone (5-methyl-7-methoxy-isoflavone) – Studies show supplementation do not affect body composition or training adaptations nor do they influence the anabolic/catabolic hormone status or general markers of catabolism in resistance-trained males.

A rather damning result, then.

Bulbine Natalensis – A herb from Africa, this increases testosterone, however, it is also as toxic as a steroid cycle. 50mg per 1kg or 2.2lbs of body weight needs to be taken to be effective.

That means at approximately 92kg/202lbs I would need 4600mg per day.

Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) – A hormone produced by the body’s adrenal glands. The body uses DHEA to make androgens and estrogens, the male and female sex hormones. DHEA levels peak at about age 25, then go down steadily as you get older. By the time people are 70 to 80 years old, their DHEA levels are only 10 to 20% those in young adults.

However, there is little evidence to show that DHEA has any effect on enhancing muscle strength.

Vanadium – Essential to some species, including humans, although we need very little. We take in just 0.01 milligrams each day, and this is more than sufficient for our needs. In some compounds vanadium can become toxic.

Folic Acid (Vit. B9) – There’s many benefits of Folic Acid, treating kidney problems is one of them.

Folic acid can also help produce more testosterone but is also necessary to form red blood cells and is also necessary in the formation of DNA.

Tongkat Ali – Eurycoma (LongJack) is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

However, there is a lack of evidence for testosterone boosting in humans, although some very limited evidence in animals.

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster, but it will only raise testosterone levels if the user is deficient in zinc.

Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems.

In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels. It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

Carduus Mar (Milk Thistle) – A great ingredient used to flush out and protect the liver as well as help repair cells but more required for anyone doing a course or Prohormones or oral anabolic steroids, not really warranted for this product unless you are a heavy drinker as well. Hic!

Dose:

We are instructed to take 3 pills per day in the morning with water.

It is good to have at least 4 tablets but each tablet to be taken over the course of the day to ensure there are no peaks or troughs of the nutrients being utilized by you body.

There’s a fairly good daily dose of 2361.75mg which is not quite up there with the best testosterone boosters but it isn’t far off.

Effects:

A bit think on the ground if we’re being honest.

Zinc is great, often found in well regarded supplements aimed at increasing testosterone levels and the main stay of products such as Prime Male which are effective.

Folic acid can also help increase testosterone levels.

Bulbine is effective when dosed correctly, as already mentioned a person of my weight would require over 4000mg per day and I am not particularly heavy weighing in at a shade over 200lbs.

The problem here is that we get only 750mg which would be useful for a cat and that’s about it.

Negatives:

There’s a hell of a lot more ingredients present that are not effective, with no to little evidence proving that they can stimulate more testosterone production.

Then even Bulbine which can work when correctly dosed is toxic. So we are handed a double edged sword.

  1. Not dosed high enough for any normal human being to be effective
  2. It’s toxic anyway

However, I guess that is where Milk Thistle comes in to play!

However, what really hurts, and I mean really hurts, because this blatantly flouts all the rules…

Including Tribulus. Yes, it’s here again and once again I refer you to the studies that prove it does not increase testosterone levels whatsoever.

Plus there’s a video of me below.

Overall we are issued with 9 ingredients and not a bad overall daily dose and free from a proprietary blend.

However, with only 2 of the 9 offering any save benefit to stimulate more testosterone production that leaves us with a 78% failure rate!

Yes, you have to pay $89.99 for the taste of failure.

Full Disclosure Nutrition Test Arrival Natural Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

There’s barely anything present here that will help you with your muscular development.

Just 2 of the 9 being useful and beneficial is a terrible hit rate.

Plus offering ingredients that are toxic is slightly inconsiderate when no warning is in place, just the inclusion of Milk Thistle which we hope will be effective enough to prevent any damage.

Hellbent on fucking it up further still, any benefit we may have experienced is null and void when we are not supplied enough for it to make a difference. We need about 6 times as much at least.

Then it misses items which are vital such as B6, B12, Zinc, D3, Fenugreek and D-Aspartic Acid…etc.

There’s much better products available which are much cheaper too.

Take a look at what works to maximize your workouts.
