Anorectant No.10 Fat Burner Review // Is It Legit?
Anorectant No.10 Fat Burner Review First Look:
I feel quite grim after a weekend of boozing.
I definitely do not feel too healthy either. That said I have ridden my bike to work which is a fairly straightforward 14 miles daily trip. That said, there was a bastard of a headwind this evening coming home which can very nearly destroy your soul. Especially when it is relentless.
However, unless you get off and start pushing there’s no real escaping it. So crack on with it.
Overtime, this additional exercise, provided I am not overeating and filling up on junk food, will aid my fat loss.
However, this can be a long drawn out affair. Plus realistically, if it is sometimes, or even most of the time easier to drive to work or even hop on a bus or train how many times will you skip the bike if it is raining or you’re running late and do not want the hassle of getting showered and changed at work?
You’ll say you cycle to work, and you’ll believe it because of the odd occasion. However, unless you have a strict regime in place, you may find you avoid it more than anything.
Now, I am not even suggesting that a fat burner like this is a substitute for hard work on a bicycle or running, even canoeing for that matter if it is feasible. However, a fat burner can help you lose that little bit extra unwanted fat that little bit quicker.
Actually, that is not always the case, many fat burner supplements may as well be called money waster because they offer no real world benefit.
This looking all black and premium as well as being priced at $187 has all of the hallmark as being a money waster.
Then again, at this price point Anorectant would have to be brazen to do that.
Ingredients
Caffeine (1, 3, 7-trimethylxanthine) – This can assist with endurance, tested athletes saw an edge from caffeine in scientific studies. In some trials, the stimulant boosted athletes’ speed. In others, it helped them last longer before they spent all their energy.
Caffeine also raises the metabolism which means you burn more calories. Some studies show that it can curb soreness after exercise, too. This means you could get back to your training sooner and training means more calories burnt. This is present in all 3 of our Top Fat Burners.
Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form so always look for that.

Choline BiTartrate – Choline is mostly used for either its cognitive boosting properties or as a liver health agent, able to reduce fatty liver buildup.
It may also be a stimulant although this is based on anecdote. Requires around 250-500mg per day for cognitive benefits. Choline does not offer any significant benefits for aerobic capacity, fatigue or training capacity.

Tyrosine – Tyrosine is taken for depression, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the inability to stay awake (narcolepsy), and improving alertness following sleep deprivation.
It is also used for stress, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).
Acetyl Tyrosine is a more soluble form of tyrosine.

Paullinia Cupana (AKA Guarana) – Studies note that 75mg guarana (9mg caffeine) was able to enhance cognitive scores related to memory and reaction time with a subsequent dose-response study noting that 75mg was more effective than higher (150-300mg) and lower (37.5mg) doses.

L-carnitine – Carnitine comes in many guisess. It helps toward the body producing energy.
Carnitine can help your brain work effectively, it can aid muscle movement as well as many other bodily functions and processes. It is usually found in meats.

Men who were supplemented with 2000mg per day showed an increase of Insulin like growth hormone when combined with exercise. This is good.

L-Theanine – Beneficial for stress reduction, decreasing generalized anxiety, and reducing the severity of insomnia. If caffeine is present too, IQ scores have known to increase – so grap a cup of coffee, quick.

Theacrine (1,3,7,9-tetramethyluric acid) – An alkaloid molecule which can be seen as a structurally modified version of caffeine.
However, although it is similar to caffeine whereby it has a sedative effect at relatively low doses, but where this sedative effect with caffeine is at an impractically low dose with theacrine it is the dose normally consumed by tea.
Research on Theacrine is really too sparse though to cast any real assertions.

Rauwolscine – Highly stimulatory and may also be mood-elevating. Not enough info is known for an active oral dose but approximately 15mg in combination with other fat loss supplements.
Very similar to yohimbine, it alleviates pressures the body exerts to preserve fat mass.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) – Full of vitamins but not a great deal of human research to suggest that it can suppress appetite or lower blood sugar levels.

Dose:
The advice is to take 2 capsules daily which provides a mediocre 1559mg
This is much lower than what other, proven and effective fat burners offer.
They also tend to offer more capsules and the doses spread out evenly through the day to ensure the body gets a trickle of the ingredients.
Considering this costs nearly $200 I would be expecting much more than this.
Effects & Benefits:
There’s only 2 effective fat burner ingredients present. In fact there seems to be more included in this that would assist cognitive function as found in nootropics rather than burn fat.
So what do we have here then that will assist with shedding that unwanted fat mass?
Caffeine is a biggy. This is a very common ingredient found in many fat burners due to its renowned effectiveness.
Rauwolscine can offer assistance by preventing the preservation of fat mass.
L-carnitine while not a fat burning ingredient can help with body function and assist with creating energy which you will need on that bicycle ride to burn more calories.
Theanine, Choline, Tyrosine and Guarana all provide cognitive improvements when dosed adequately and alongside Caffeine.
Negatives:
This is more of a nootropic than a fat burner as already mentioned.
While Caffeine is great, Rauwolscine is clutching at straws a bit.
Dandelion and Theacrine are both lacking rigorous proof that they are effective.
It is important to note that this is a proprietary blend, this means although we know each daily dose is 1559mg, we do not know how much of each included ingredient is provided.
This is particularly important in this case because many of the ingredients are dose dependent. That means they are only effective when enough is included.
Choline, Guarana, Rauwolscine and Carnitine all require specific doses. Carnitine requires more than the daily dose provided here to offer any growth hormone benefit.
Another issue is that it omits other, proven and well regarded ingredients that are found in other fat burners.
These ingredients include:
- B6
- B12
- Zinc
- Green Tea
- Green Coffee
- Cayenne
Let’s not forget the extortionate price too!
Anorectant No.10 Fat Burner Review Conclusion:
This only offers 2 at best fat burning ingredients, it then includes a number of dose sensitive cognitive improving ingredients but the doses we are offered are not confirmed, yet it is likely due to the low overall dose that it is unsubstantial.
The proprietary blend plus the lack or proven and effective ingredients puts this on a low plinth in the fat burning stakes.
As a result the alternative fat burners which are available with a solid 9 or 10 ingredients that offers proven ability are a better option, you can read about them here.
