CrossFit Athlete Training At 6 Months PREGNANT – Baby Due in 3 days!
For many pregnant women, the journey to childbirth is one of rest and feeding for two, however, this lady will not let a minor pregnancy stop her from exercising!
Emily Breeze is a CrossFit competitor (not sure if there’s a pregnant class just yet!) and isn’t letting pregnancy get in the way, Emily has scaled the weights down a bit and modified some of the exercise routines but other than that, it is full steam ahead.
Her doctor has given her his blessing to carry on and we think it is a fantastic way to keep fit and healthy – I bet the bay is wondering what the fuck is happening though.
