Pump Chasers CUTS FTS Fat Burner Review

Pump Chasers CUTS FTS Fat Burner Review First Look:

It is 05:30 on a Friday morning. I would love to proclaim just like Mike O’Hearn that I am ‘finally’ killing arms in the gym.

Alas, nope, I have just dropped someone off at the nearby airport, the joy of living literally 3 miles away.

So I am a bit tired, I’ve had 3 coffees already and just decided to ram a couple of fired eggs, tin of baked beans, halloumi cheese and toast down my neck.

Don’t worry kids, I didn’t use lard for the eggs, a nice drizzle of olive oil did the trick.

Eitherway, a nice 700kcal way to start the day off. That’s probably being polite too, I imagine I may have scoffed closer to 1000kcal instead.

Fuck it, I was hungry, in fact I still am. I will probably have another breakfast when I get to work too. Fat, greedy shit.

I will be working out later though, probably squeeze some squats in that I missed from last night because I was selling my Nissan pickup truck to a man who was then going to export it to Zimbabwe. Yes, we truly live in a global market that can be done with a click of the ‘buy it now’ button.

The Victorians would have been proud, plus this way, there’s less naval battles raging, fewer countries colonized and quicker cash in the pocket.

While all of this online enterprise is good, it has nothing to do with this fat burner. That we shall agree.

So, I probably need a fat burner, my BMI is 30, which, I have been reliably informed by a number of respectable health agencies such as the UK’s National Health Service that I am considered obese.

CUTS FTS claims this is an insane thermogenic. I hope so, but I do feel quite confident in its stance.

Vitamin C – Its antioxidant properties mean vitamin C provides neuroprotective effects and benefits for blood flow. By protecting the testes from oxidative stress, vitamin C can also preserve testosterone levels.

L-carnitine – Acetyl-L-carnitine helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.

Men who were supplemented 2g per day showed an increase of Insulin like growth hormone when combined with exercise.

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.

One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.

Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

BioPerine – The extract of piperine, called BioPerine®  in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States.

BioPerine®  significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption.

Paullinia Cupana (AKA Guarana) – Studies note that 75mg guarana (9mg caffeine) was able to enhance cognitive scores related to memory and reaction time with a subsequent dose-response study noting that 75mg was more effective than higher (150-300mg) and lower (37.5mg) doses.

L-Theanine –  Beneficial for stress reduction, decreasing generalized anxiety, and reducing the severity of insomnia.

If caffeine is present too, IQ scores have known to increase – so grap a cup of coffee, quick.

Theacrine (1,3,7,9-tetramethyluric acid) – An alkaloid molecule which can be seen as a structurally modified version of caffeine.

However, although it is similar to caffeine whereby it has a sedative effect at relatively low doses, but where this sedative effect with caffeine is at an impractically low dose with theacrine it is the dose normally consumed by tea.

Research on Theacrine is really too sparse though to cast any real assertions.

White Willow (Salix Alba) – Early research suggests that taking willow bark in combination with ephedra and cola nut might cause slight weight loss in overweight and obese people.

However, it is not wise to use this combination because of safety concerns about ephedra. Ephedra has been banned in the United States due to severe harmful side effects.

7-Keto DHEA – This is nonhormonal, and it appears to be a fat loss agent as it may increase the metabolic rate.

However, while studies in humans do look to be positive they are not entirely conclusive.

As far as it is currently known, doses of 400mg are probably optimal.

Green Coffee Bean – Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid.

For weight loss, chlorogenic acid in green coffee is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism. This is found in our favorite fat burner, Instant Knockout.

Dose:

The advice is to take 4 capsules daily which provides a not entirely insignificant 2290mg. This is almost the same as what other, proven and effective fat burners offer…but not quite.

However, they also tend to spread the doses out evenly through the day to ensure the body gets a trickle of the ingredients rather one massive hit.

Can you remember your first ecstasy pill at a rave? Well, if you were like me and just had it there and then you got a huge hit, sweated like a bastard, couldn’t stop talking and gurning like a twat.

However, as quickly as it hit you it would go. It’s better to spread it out of the course of the night and then you have a nice time as your body deals with it better.

By the way, that isn’t advice to take ecstasy or any drug that could be considered illegal in your region.

Effects & Benefits:

When dosed correctly, Carnitine can increase growth hormone which is great for muscular and strength development. This isn’t dosed correctly though.

However, we do have some other good ingredients which are found in effective fat burners such as Green Tea and Green Coffee .

Vitamin C is a good overall vitamin to have, however, there’s plenty of foods that you weren’t probably aware of that include Vitamin C such as broccoli and potato so you probably already get enough.

7-Keto DHEA appears to be able to offer some fat reducing benefits but, just like Carnitine this needs to be dosed adequately.

Theanine can help keep you awake when all you want to do after a long day at work is have a nap on the sofa instead of going to the gym. It’s also been known to improve IQ scores which is handy if you like a crossword when lifting.

Guarana, while not really offering much benefit in terms of fat loss can aid cognitive function. This also needs to be properly dosed.

Bioperine ensures your body can use these ingredients by aiding the absorption process.

Negatives:

There’s many ingredients in this fat burners that are dose sensitive or require another particular ingredient to be effective.

Yet, the doses are completely out and the other required ingredient isn’t present.

That shows a real lack of research.

I also consider these ingredients to be more focused on a nootropic rather than  fat burner.

This is all well and good but I want to lose some weight from the fried breakfast rather than complete Sudoku!

Then we are missing many, proven ingredients often found in the best fat burners such as:

  • B6
  • B12
  • Zinc
  • Cayenne

These ingredients would have helped massively because they are all proven to actually stimulate fat burn.

Pump Chasers CUTS FTS Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

The problem here is not so much a load of ineffective ingredients but ingredients that are not relevant to fat burning, which considering this is a fat burner is a priority of mine.

Or, they could be beneficial if dosed in the correct doses, yet they’re not. None of them that are particularly dose sensitive according to studies are just lacking.

It could also do with including some further proven ingredients that would raise the metabolism and burn more calories yet these are omitted in favor of ingredients that can be found in everyday foods that you are likely to consume or are jst not as effective as an easy replacement.

Simple research would have eliminated these issues.

Therefore, this doesn’t sit highly on our podium of the best fat burner which you can read about here.
