Truth be told, we all choose based on looks. So, when looking to buy a supplement such as a fat burner, Leanbean could be divisive. It is clearly aimed at females rather than the typical packaging we see for products marketed to men.

However, judging a product based on looks alone could mean that you’re missing out on a good thing.

Can Lean Bean Burn Fat?

Female fat burners have been thrust upon us more than the crotch of a lovely lady from Hooters.

As a result, because i’m all gender neutral I need to review them and see whether they will benefit you and me.

As soon as I got home yesterday after catching a train and then getting in my car after work I decided to indulge.

I finished a whole tub of chocolate brownie Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.

Then I went healthy by eating two chicken breasts…but with the skins left on.

As you may have noticed, I didn’t cycle to work which may have warranted the ice cream indulgence.

No, I was being a certified fat shit.

I did however, do a chest session in my basement gym which must have burned off a few calories, but I am not expecting miracles.

Luckily, alongside my occasional cycling to work and weight lifting I also like to use a proven and effective fat burner called Instant Knockout which continues to offer great results..

The reality is though, that if I and you want to decrease our fat mass we need to burn more calories than we consume.

When it comes to weight loss, the hype is ahead of the science, because the research evidence for such a connection is lacking.

However, it does appear to reduce the factors of those suffering from metabolic disease risk.

Glucomannan is a dietary fiber from the konjac plant.

This works by making you feel fuller and helps prevent cravings for foods.

Preliminary evidence suggests that Glucomannan can promote weight loss. [3]

Chromium prevents surges of sugar being quickly released in to the bloodstream.

The problems is, that rather than just missing a few ingredients, Leanbean have also included a few others too.

However, these are not proven to offer any benefit.

So, it includes:

  • Acai
  • Garcinia
  • Rapberry Ketones

Leanbean should have at least included Caffeine and Zinc instead to provide a more complete offering.

They also offer ‘multi-buys’ on their website, but from what I can see, the individual unit price is not actually reduced…

And, while it is marketed as a female fat burner, this would be fine for a man too.

I am never particularly keen on marketing schemes like this that alienate another gender that could also benefit.

My Leanbean Female Fat Burner Review Conclusion

The Leanbean fat burner includes several very well regarded and effective ingredients that is also found in the best suplements, that’s it very positive considering most of the products we see offer very little in terms of quality.

However, the issue lays with the fact that it also includes further ingredients that are not scientifically proven to be beneficial and as a result omits other effective ingredients that would help further weight loss.

It seems a shame that it would omit both Zinc and Caffeine as found in so many other proven fat burners.

However, overall, this is quite an impressive product.
