Iron Labs ZM6 XTREME Testosterone Booster Review // Get The Facts
Iron Labs ZM6 XTREME Testosterone Booster Review First Look:
I am shattered. Absolutely exhausted.
I played rugby on Saturday for the first time in about 5 or 6 months and it has worn me out.
I also went out after the game and got hammered so yesterday I felt pretty terrible, my girlfriend was also hungover from a girls night out so I took charge and tried to get us fed and look after her.
Then today I cycled to work with worn out limbs and muscles but there was a bastard of a headwind each way so it felt like I was cycling through sand.
Due to this exhaustion I am not feeling particularly willing to hit the weights, plus my shoulder and legs are killing me.
This means my session will be short and limited, but just a couple of exercises is better than nothing.
This is why, at 33, I pretty much told myself last season that I would probably stop playing as it has a detrimental effect on my ability to keep lifting weights.
So with this pain in the background and my inability to walk properly I thought it would be a good time to talk about this testosterone booster from iron Labs that i am currently using.
Well this is actually a ZMA product. ZMA supplements for the basis of a full bore testosterone booster.
However, it seems to include a little bit more than what is usually found in a normal ZMA and this excites me greatly.
Ingredients:
Magnesium – Research into magnesium supplementation also increased testosterone production in men.

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.
Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.
It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 helps testosterone levels by stimulating androgen (a steroid hormone that acts as a precursor for testosterone) receptors in your body, making your testes produce testosterone.

Niacin (B3) – Higher amounts of niacin can improve cholesterol levels and lower cardiovascular risks. However, the jury is out on these real benefits.

Vitamin D – A great Testosterone boosting vitamin that must be taken advantage of to trigger further production of Testosterone in your body.
However, there are two types of Vitamin D. There’s calciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) – we are only interested in cholecalciferol which is D3; this is the type our skin synthesizes from the sun and becomes a hormone which results in the increases in our testosterone.
Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation.

There’s a plenty of articles I have written covering the benefits of D3 you can read about, here, here and here.
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – Gives you more energy and boost your metabolism, helping you shed unwanted pounds. Ensure you are not deficient in Vitamin B12 so you can do that quick 10 miler at 5am…

Riboflavin (B2) – Important for body growth and red blood cell production. It also aids in the release of energy from proteins.

Biotin – Biotin is an important component of enzymes in the body that break down certain substances like fats, carbohydrates, and others.

Dose:
3 capsules per day which is not an entirely optimal amount.
We would recommend that you have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.
This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone.
Each daily servings consists of just over 615mg which is a bit more than what is usually offered by most ZMA products.
Effects & Benefits:
All of the included ingredients are beneficial.
They can all help raise testosterone levels and it has been noted that in tests, should a person be deficient in these ingredients their testosterone levels are lower than people with high levels of Zinc, Magnesium and B6.
These ingredients are also beneficial in other ways too.
Zinc is also good for fat burning qualities.
B vitamins are vital for healthy bodily function not to mention processing food in to fuel to power through the day and your exercise regime.
Magnesium can also alleviate constipation, reduce indigestion and high blood pressure. There’s a whole wealth of other benefits too.
Vitamin D3 is a proven testosterone boosting ingredient.
Biotin can help break down fats and carbohydrates.
Basically if you are short on either of these ingredients it is a surprise you’re still alive let alone just low on testosterone.
As already mentioned, these ingredients can also raise your libido and even make you feel better overall.

Negatives:
There is not a negative as such with this product. Apart from its lack of other ingredients or lower doses offered with the accompanying ingredients.
You can buy this and be happy that you have bought a ZMA product that will benefit not only testosterone production but also help your body function effectively.
However, the additional ingredients such as Biotin, D3, B12, B2 and B3 are all at really low doses. That D3 is massively under dosed compared to testosterone boosters which include it at levels of 3000iu or even more.
As a result, I will supplement this with D3 of 5000iu just to be sure plus I will also supplement with D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek and Ginseng which isn’t included in this either.
Iron Labs ZM6 XTREME Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:
This is a better and more complete offering than any other ZMA product I have tried and tested.
It offers a higher dose than most and includes additional vital ingredients required for stimulating more testosterone production.
However, it just cannot compete with the more complete testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel because the additional ingredients such as B12 and D3 are at much lower doses than found in the more complete ingredient profile of TestoFuel.
This means that while I am using this ZMA from Iron Horse I am supplementing it with further supplements to ensure I am getting all of the vital and required ingredients required for optimal testosterone production.
These products then offer the additional required ingredients that are clinically proven to increase testosterone levels such as:
- DAA
- K2
- Fenugreek
- Oyster
- Ginseng
