My Game Plan Sizzle Fat Burner Review
Will The Fat Burner Supplement From Game Plan Work?
My Game Plan Sizzle Fat Burner Review First Look:
It was my girlfriends’ birthday this weekend, so we filled the car and headed North.
Eventually we found our cottage and settled in for the weekend.
Being her birthday this meant we went out for dinner and had our fair share of champagne and prosecco, not to mention wine.
Needless to say, champagne and prosecco are laden with sugar…hence why it tastes so good.
The food was also great, so was snacking on potato chips and dips plus chocolate, cake, baklava and so on.
The list was truly endless, it didn’t stop when we returned home, opting for pizza and beer in bed to finish off a nice long Sunday.
If you think I brazenly look obesity in the face, you would be almost right.
I am so brazen because, I try my best to keep active.
Many guys my age decide that their thirties are to have a beer every night on the sofa watching TV.
That’s not a problem, however, i could never face that.
Therefore, I try to hit the weights performing the heavy, compound lifts that maximize muscle growth and cycle to work for my cardio.
I also try to eat clean during the week, then throwing caution to the wind each weekend.
I also incorporate a fat burner in to my regime…
So far, Instant Knockout has provided the best results for me and this is due to the fact each and every ingredient is proven to help stimulate fat burn.
Not many products actually do have ingredients which are proven, and thus it is a waste of time and money.
Let’s face it, no one wants to waste time, money or effort.
So, with that in mind, let’s take a closer look at this fat burner supplement from Game Plan to see how effective it can be against the competition.
Ingredients:
C. Canephora Robusta (Green Coffee Extract) – Evidence from research has indicated that the consumption of caffeinated coffee can lead to some reductions in long-term weight gain.
These weight loss results are likely to be due to the known thermogenic effects of the caffeine.
This is found in the best fat burners such as Instant Knockout.

BioPerine (Piper nigrum) – The extract of piperine, called BioPerine® in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States.
BioPerine® significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption.

Rasberry Ketone – Whilst touted as a miracle weight loss supplement and sometimes for lean muscle mass it is important to keep in mind that there is no reliable scientific evidence that it improves weight loss when taken by people.

Niacin (B3) – Higher amounts of niacin can improve cholesterol levels and lower cardiovascular risks. However, the jury is out on these real benefits.

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.
Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.
This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.
It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.
One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.
Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) – Thiamine is required by our bodies to properly use carbohydrates.
Some research suggests that taking thiamine together with pantethine and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) does not improve muscle strength or endurance in athletes.

Vitamin B6 – Comprising three chemically distinct compounds pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, and pyridoxine, is involved in the regulation of mental function and mood.
Vitamin B6 is also an essential homocysteine re-methylation cofactor, and deficiency is associated with increase in blood homocysteine levels.
Homocysteine is a risk factor for cerebrovascular disease and may also have directly toxic effects on neurons of the central nervous system.
Neuropsychiatric disorders including seizures, migraine, chronic pain and depression have been linked to vitamin B6 deficiency.

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – Gives you more energy and boost your metabolism, helping you shed unwanted pounds. Ensure you are not deficient in Vitamin B12 so you can do that quick 10 miler at 5am…

Riboflavin (B2) – Important for body growth and red blood cell production. It also aids in the release of energy from proteins.

Bitter Orange (Citrus Aurantium) – At present, Citrus aurantium may be the best thermogenic substitute for ephedra. However, more studies are needed to establish this definitively.
Bitter orange is possibly unsafe when taken as a supplement for a medical purpose such as weight loss.
Bitter orange, particularly when taken with stimulants such as caffeine or caffeine-containing herbs, increases the risk for high blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, stroke, and other severe side effects.
There are reports that bitter orange can trigger headaches, including migraine and cluster headaches, in some people.
Bitter orange can cause sensitivity to the sun. Wear sunblock outside, especially if you are light-skinned.

Rosmarinus Officinalis – Used to induce abortions. You may be relieved to hear this doesn’t work. Doesn’t do a great deal.

Saffron (Crocus sativus) – Studies show that saffron, at the recommended dose, has antidepressant properties. Saffron’s side effects, like reduced snacking and an elevated mood, could be the result of increased serotonin secretion.
Saffron does not have a high margin of safety, so care should be taken during supplementation. The standard daily dose is 30mg, used for up to eight weeks. It is possible that even double the dose could result in harm to the body.

Black Tea (Camellia sinensis) – Drinking black tea and other caffeinated beverages throughout the day helps to keep people alert, even after extended periods without sleep.
http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-997-black%20tea.aspx?activeingredientid=997&activeingredientname=black%20tea
Polygonum Cuspidatum (Japanese Knotweed) – It seems this is great for inflammation but nothing which directly influences testosterone levels or fat loss.

Loranthus Parasiticus – The neuroprotective activity of L. parasiticus can contribute to the prevention and the reduction of the complications of neurodegenerative diseases and mental disorders.

Dose:
3 pills per day – this amounts to a strong 2853mg of ingredients.
This is less the best fat burners offer and they tend to advise taking 4 tablets spread over the course of each day.
Additionally, you’re body will excrete any additional nutrients it doesn’t require at the time of ingestion, therefore if you give it a large hit, some of it may be wasted.
Effects:
Green tea is a proven fat burner.
There’s plenty of studies to back this up and it is why it is included in the best fat burners.
Green Tea is found in the best and most effective fat burners on the market, because of benefits.
Not only is it a good fat burner it help with cognitive function too, which you can read more about, here.
This possesses a wealth of ingredients, 16 to be exact although the ingredients list on the panel does replicate some of the entries which adds to the confusion.
Of the 16 ingredients, 4 are not particularly useful or proven to help stimulate fat burn.
However, there are 6 entries which are found in our favorite fat burner, Instant Knockout.
- Coffee Bean
- Green Tea
- B6
- B12
- Bioperine
- Caffeine
These are proven and effective to work in the fight against fat. In particular Caffeine is a thermogenic which raises body temperature and in turn your metabolic rate.
Loranthus Parasiticus looks to offer good neuro protection helping with brain function.
Crocus can help prevent snacking by raising serotonin levels which is experienced when taking the club drug ecstasy.
If you have ever been on a weekend out clubbing on ecstasy then wondered how you’ve not managed to eat a bean in 48 hours it is the high doses of serotonin released by your brain.
Citrus Aurantium is a great thermogenic but it isn’t without its pitfalls…
B1 helps your body use carbohydrates properly and B2 helps with the release of energy, however, these may be more useful in a pre workout.
Negatives:
There are 4 ingredients that are not particularly useful which lets the rest of the supplement down.
Plus there’s also Citrus Aurantium which can have a world of adverse effects ranging from migraines to a stroke and a bit of sun burn in-between.
Not to mention Rosemary which is used to induce abortions…not ideal if you are pregnant.
Crocus can also be harmful if too much is taken.
B3 offers no real fat burning benefits and for all of the marketing hype behind Raspberry Ketones, it is not proven to do jack shit.
My Game Plan Sizzle Fat Burner Review Conclusion:
This has a great number of ingredients included.
Six of which feature in our favorite fat burner.
However, there are also a number of ingredients that either do not help burn fat or are potentially harmful to our health.
That’s not something I want to risk, not when there are alternative, effective and beneficial fat burners available that are proven to work.
Because it misses out on so many other proven ingredients you will need to take more and more pills to see the benefit that just 1 alternative fat burner can provide.
Ingredients such as those listed below are missing:
- Cayenne Pepper
- Zinc
- Magnesium
- Chromium
- Glucomannan
Take a look at our top 3 list of fat burners which will help you reach your goals. Unfortunately this one either omits too many other effective ingredients or it includes risky ingredients.
