My Triple CS Supplements Ultra Testosterone Support Booster Review First Look:

I have been ill recently and as a result I have not been in the gym as much as I would like.

I have not been on my bike either especially as the weather has become a bit colder, having an illness and cold weather doesn’t mix too well.

As a result, I am not feeling great, I want to be pushing the limits with my deadlift and other compound exercises as they produce the most testosterone, naturally.

My diet has gone to shit, too.

Especially as Halloween meant I spent a shit ton of money on candy for the kids.

however, I think they were too scared to come down the garden path of the new guy who has just moved in who seems to wear shorts and vests regardless of the weather and with blood curdling screams emanating form the basement!

That meant I was left with lots of candy that I just started eating.

None of this is good for building muscle and increasing testosterone.

One constant has been my testosterone booster consumption though. Not only does a higher level of testosterone ensure that my fat mass is regulated, muscle mass is maintained and my mood is better along with stronger bones but it also keeps my libido on par with a teenager.

The only issue is trying to take a pee first think in the morning…

I normally take TestoFuel which has seen me make some great gains, not to mention sending my sex drive through the roof after I had finished my cycle of prohormones ages ago.


Ingredients: The Science


Horny Goat Weed – Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.

It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

Chrysin – Laboratory research suggests that chrysin might increase testosterone, but research in humans hasn’t found any effect on testosterone levels.

The amount of chrysin that is absorbed from the intestine may be very small, which would make the effects unlikely.

Cissus Quadrangularis – Due to the ability of cissus quadrangularis to act as a glucocorticoid antagonist, it has been proposed to possess anabolic activity; no studies have yet addressed this topic.

Anecdotes of cissus seem to precede much of the science on the topic.

Hawthorn Berries – At best this ingredient may help with reducing inflammation and blood flow but there’s no concrete evidence to be found regarding increasing testosterone levels. Every article relating to testosterone increases with Hawthorn berries is on a site wanting you to buy them.

Saw Palmetto – this fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false.

It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.

Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.

The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down the gym.

The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.

In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali) – Is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.

Magnesium – Research into magnesium supplementation also increased testosterone production in men.

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.

Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems.In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.

It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

Dose:

The label instructs us to have up to 3 tablets per day.

It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

When you have more doses throughout the day it ensures your body always has nutrients to work with.

Additionally, if your body receives an overload of ingredients at once, it will not utilize anything it doesn’t require at the time which can lead to waste.

Each daily serving equates to 1305mg which is not exactly a wonderful amount.

This is less than what we find in effective testosterone boosters such as Prime Male.


Pros:

Only Magnesium and Zinc will help increase testosterone production.

These two ingredients are found in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.

These two minerals are vital for bodily function and any deficiencies in these correlate with lower levels of testosterone in tested subjects.


Cons:

Only two of the total nine ingredients are proven to be effective at increasing testosterone levels.

That means just over 77% of the ingredient profile is not proven nor effective or beneficial to increase our testosterone levels.

You read that correctly, over three quarters of this product is not effective. 

The daily dose is low too when compared to other testosterone boosters that are highly rated and offer almost two thirds additional.

Plus, it includes Tribulus, the ‘benefits’ of Tribulus are only ever based on folk lore and anecdote rather than scientific research.

Plus, it has been proven not to offer and athletic benefit yet still features in many supplements.


Be Organics T Booster Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

This is not going to offer a great deal of testosterone stimulating benefit.

There’s a low daily dose of less than 1500mg plus it only contains 2 effective and scientifically proven ingredients that are able to increase testosterone levels.

That is not a good result when you consider testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel which I use offers the following, proven ingredients that are known to stimulate testosterone:

  • Fenugreek
  • D-Aspartic Acid
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K2
  • Ginseng
  • Oyster
  • Vitamin B6

With these key ingredients missing, this supplement is not going to offer any benefit associated with a higher level of testosterone, as a result, I cannot recommend it.
