My PharmaFreak ANDRO FREAK af Testosterone Booster Review
My PharmaFreak ANDRO FREAK af Testosterone Booster Review First Look:
The past weekend has been very busy.
I was out Friday night with some buddies which left me with a foul headache Saturday morning; this didn’t help my situation when in the hardware store on Saturday.
I then did some decorating around the house until finding solace at my girlfriends house…we then duly fell asleep on the sofa for about two hours.
Sunday then brought me a power breakfast and spending too much money on supplements (can you ever spend to much money of supps?) and more painting around the house.
I then decided to try a new pre workout and smash up some weights. All was good, so then I went over to see the partner in crime for the evening.
It was a very cold evening which seemed to take forever to defrost my car and I was covered in paint. It looked like I had been involved in a twisted Japanese bukkake..!
Needless to say, after my unusual stint in the gym on a Sunday evening has left me in pieces today.
I feel absolutely drained of energy and cycling in to work today was torture.
Not only was it at freezing point with my exposed legs stinging in the cold air I felt like my muscles were refusing to cooperate with me.
I was unsure as to what the problem was earlier today, then it dawned on my that I had run out of testosterone boosters.
I normally take TestoFuel which has seen me make some great gains, not to mention sending my sex drive through the roof after I had finished my cycle of prohormones ages ago.
I am keen to see whether PharmaFreak ANDRO FREAK af can help me even more.
Ingredients:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6727359
Vitamin K2 – This is able to help prevent the reduction of testosterone levels.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21894328
Vitamin D – A great Testosterone boosting vitamin that must be taken advantage of to trigger further production of Testosterone in your body.
However, there are two types of Vitamin D. There’s calciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) – we are only interested in cholecalciferol which is D3; this is the type our skin synthesizes from the sun and becomes a hormone which results in the increases in our testosterone.
Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation.

There’s a plenty of articles I have written covering the benefits of D3 you can read about, here, here and here.
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – Gives you more energy and boost your metabolism, helping you shed unwanted pounds. Ensure you are not deficient in Vitamin B12 so you can do that quick 10 miler at 5am…

Capsicum – Capsaicin is known to boost metabolism, causing the body to produce extra heat and burn more calories for fuel.
This is found in our favorite fat burner Instant Knockout. There’s 40,000 heat units present (HU) which is pretty darn hot.

Green Coffee Bean – Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted.
These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid. For weight loss, chlorogenic acid in green coffee is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism.
This is found in our favorite fat burner, Instant Knockout.

Primavie (Shilajit Extract) – This is a fulvic acid found in the Himalayas.
Actual medical research is low, it has been banded around for years in the East though.
It seems it can help boost the immune system, fend off lethargy and also assist with altitude sickness.
It seems there is no harm in taking it and it seems to have a fair amount of benefits, and has been noted to increasing testosterone levels in infertile men but as there has only been one human study it is unsure whether it will increase testosterone levels in fertile men.
On other thing to note is that there is a warning in place for shilijat due to the amount of additives being added to supplements and in some cases metals have been found, as such sales are now banned in Canada due to concerns.

L-Theanine – Beneficial for stress reduction, decreasing generalized anxiety, and reducing the severity of insomnia.
If caffeine is present too, IQ scores have known to increase – so grab a cup of coffee, quick.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17182482
Reservatrol – In tests resveratrol improved inflammatory and atherogenic status in subjects at risk for cardiovascular disease, as well as in patients with established coronary heart disease.
However, its bioavailability is relatively low because it is rapidly metabolized and eliminated.
Clinical trials in healthy people are limited.

Dose:
The label instructs us to have up to two tablets per day.
It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.
When you have more doses throughout the day it ensures your body always has nutrients to work with.
Additionally, if your body receives an overload of ingredients at once, it will not utilize anything it doesn’t require at the time which can lead to waste.
Each daily serving equates to 1302.15mg which is a low amount amount.
This does not compare well to effective testosterone boosters such as Prime Male which offer around 50% more per day.
Effects & Benefits:
There are three ingredients included which are beneficial to increasing testosterone production.
All three are found in what is considered the best testosterone booster on the market.
These proven ingredients are:
- Vitamin D3
- B6
- K2
Then, if you are infertile, there’s Shilajit. However, since there are a lack of studies available we do not know if this does increase testosterone levels in men who are not infertile.
Only 12% of the global male population are actually infertile according to the World Health Organization.
There’s also Capsicum and Green Coffee Bean included, too.
These are found in the best fat burners due to their effective thermogenic properties.
B12 is great for energy.
However, I fell they may only be included to mimic the fat loss effects and increased energy higher levels of testosterone can bring.
Theanine is great to reduce stress and can help with IQ scores.
Negatives:
Based on the scientific studies available, only three ingredients are proven to stimulate an increase in testosterone production.
A further three can help with fat loss, however, as already mentioned, I feel these are included to mimic the effects that more testosterone would bring.
Shilajit may only work if you are part of the exclusive 12% global male population that are infertile.
Even so, the Canadian authorities are banning sales of Shilajit due to additives found in supplements.
There’s a real lack of evidence that Reservatrol can actually lower inflammation.
It is worth mentioning that testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel include nine, proven and effective testosterone stimulating ingredients.
The daily dose is very low too, this is quite a way off those other testosterone boosters that offer 3000mg or more.
Plus, there are no ingredients included that are proven to support nitric oxide production…
My PharmaFreak ANDRO FREAK af Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:
Let’s look at this for what it is.
A testosterone booster with very few proven testosterone boosting ingredients.
Just three proven ingredients does not set the world alight, the low dose also inhibits further results.
It almost seems to try and mimic the effects of increased testosterone by including three ingredients commonly found in fat burners.
While it doesn’t deliver on the promise of increasing nitric oxide.
That is not a good result when you consider testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel which I use offers the additional following, proven ingredients that are known to stimulate testosterone:
- D-Aspartic Acid
- Fenugreek
- Zinc
- Magnesium
- Ginseng
- Oyster
With these key ingredients missing, this supplement is not quite as effective nor does it compare quite as well to the best testosterone boosters on the market.
