My Excel Pharma T500 Fat Burner Review
My Excel Pharma T500 Fat Burner Review First Look
I’m not sure how your Easter holiday weekend went but mine involved a bit of booze, ranting about people (patients) being dicks on hospital wards harassing staff and other patients, then some decorating, a bit more booze, falling asleep on the sofa, more decorating then trampolining.
Yes, trampolining.
Now, I wasn’t too sure how this would end. Thankfully not in injury, but fuck me sideways, it is exhausting.
Really exhausting. I was sweating like a pig and it felt like I had been sprinting around a running track for 10 minutes.
This place we were at was a huge warehouse and full of platforms, trampolines, a dodge ball area, air bag things and over priced refreshments.
It was every parents nightmare.
However, if you are a parent and fancy some cardio exercise, jumping around like an uncoordinated fool seemed to do the trick, and I am still aching now.
However, if you prefer not to do that, and just hit a gym that is free from screaming rugrats and surly teenagers with whistles and a modicum of authority I will not argue.
This is exactly where an effective fat burner can help.
Fat burners can give you that edge whereby you burn the extra calories required which help toward creating that deficit which can lead to fat loss.
What can a fat burner really do?
You may well be surprised actually.
The idea that an effective fat burner just magically makes your waist smaller is far from the truth.
However, only the effective fat burners contain a number of ingredients in correct doses that work harmoniously and through a number of outcomes help you lose fat mass, not muscle.
Their benefits include, but are not limited to:
- Increase energy – This will help you be more active and stimulate you for effective workouts
- Thermogenic – These ingredients will increase the temperature of your core which increases calorie expenditure
- Appetite control – The ability to feel fuller and not to fall for sweet, calorie laden treats
As a result I tend to supplement my exercise regime with a fat burner supplement.
I have found Instant Knockout to offer the best results and as a result I try to use that daily.
T500 Ingredients: The Science
Caffeine
It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.
Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.
Caffeine acts as a thermogenic which means that it raises the body temperature and burns extra calories.
It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Synephrine
This increases fat oxidation rate whilst reducing carbohydrate oxidation rate during low to moderate exercise.

Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA)
I have not come across ASA much while researching, so I found it quite interesting to learn that ASA is used to relieve pain, fever and inflammation.
Now, inflammation when it builds up can actually be the cause of chronic disease such as obesity. It can also upset the hormone balance.
It seems to work very well with Ephedrine.

Ephedrine
Depending on where you live, Ephedrine can be illegal or legal.
In some regions it can be bought over the counter to ease airways congestion.
However, it is a stimulant and it can have negative effects on the cardiovascular system. It is able to increase blood pressure and can have similar, or rather mimic reduced effects of the illegal recreational drug, Speed.
It should be taken with caution and people suffering from different ailments should be very aware of the possible (life threatening) consequences.
That said, it is able to help increase the metabolic rate by 5% as well as increase thermogenisis.

Dose
One pill to be taken daily.
It is good to spread out the dose across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process rather than peaks and troughs.
If you get too much of certain ingredients, that what the body doesn’t need at the time will be wasted and you will not feel the benefit.
Therefore, if you have a massive dose of Magnesium for instance yet your body is still processing and utilizing Magnesium from a meal you’ve recently had it will only use what is required.
What the body doesn’t require at the time will let it pass. Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.
It is better to have a continued trickle effect.
This results in a daily dose of 270mg which is extremely low when compared to competitors.

Pros
So there isn’t much here, but I think it packs a fairly if not borderline legal punch.
The thing is, using certain ingredients found in this product for performance or sport use is illegal in some regions.
However, on the flip of a coin it can also be found in chemists and pharmacies as an over the counter drug to ease nasal congestion.
Legal or not, let’s actually look in to the ingredients and see what is good and not.
Caffeine is so often found in fat burners and pre workout because of its highly proven benefits to not only increase alertness and fight fatigue, but also raise the metabolism which will burn those extra stubborn calories to get closer to the deficit.
Synephrine is included in some other fat burners that we have tried and tested. It is able to help increase the rate of fat oxidization and is also legal.
Acetylsalicylic acid seems to offer some great benefits, too. Any reduction in inflammation is great and then to see that it can reduce pain and a fever is an added bonus.
Ephedrine…
Okay, this is the controversial one.
It is no doubt effective at helping reduce fat mass, in fact a 5% increase of the metabolic rate is impressive.
However, this is definitely not without its complication or risks.
More to come on to…
Cons
So.
Let’s crack on with this then…
If you have gotten this far, I think you may know what is coming. And then there could be a few things you maybe weren’t.
The main issues is the inclusion of Ephedrine.
As already stated, it can be illegal, and particularly if using to enhance performance. It is, after all, quite a potent stimulant and is often included in ‘legal’ and natural highs/drugs that are to replicate other recreational drugs such as Ecstasy or Speed.
The other real issue doesn’t surround legality, but whether it is dangerous or not.
Well, certainly it can cause major and even life threatening cardiovascular problems.
But, on the other hand it could just cause headaches. Either way, a bit risky.
Then, if we consider that there are also many other ingredients that are not included, that really can help burn fat, too.
Take a look at these ingredients below which would have been useful to be included.
These include:
- Zinc
- B12
- Glucomannan
- Chromium
- Green Tea
- Green Coffee extract
- Vitamin C
- B6
- Cayenne
- Magnesium
So what’s the main issues here?
Well, it is Ephedrine and its possible side effects and the lack of other important, proven and safe ingredients.
My Excel Pharma T500 Fat Burner Review Conclusion
Okay, this will help you lose weight.
So will Ecstasy and Speed, and even Meth.
However, there’s a few well documented risks associated with those three.
And, I’m afraid, that’s what really prevents this from being recommended.
There’s three ingredients that are actually really quite helpful and good for reducing fat, but then the Ephedrine can cause some unwanted side effects, not to mention the blurred lines of legality.
So where does that leave us?
Well, a potentially unsafe fat burner that will help you burn fat.
But not only potentially unsafe, also potentially illegal.
It just doesn’t seem that attractive anymore.
Anything else worth adding to this review..?
This could have been a much better supplement if Excel Pharma had offered more, safe ingredients.
Yes, there are some other products such as those in our top 3 fat burners are more attractive propositions.

I’ve noticed that this isn’t really available from many places. I’m guessing because of the illegal or legal nature?
Yeah, I have found it a struggle to source. Only a few websites sell it.
