Male Fertility Factors

The Journal for Gender Medicine, Infertility and Erectile Function states that the substantial data available illustrates a strong suggestion of declining male fertility. They are keen to outline the possible factors for this decline to be the result of poor diet, environmental toxins, and obesity. [1]

This would mean, that in order to aid male fertility we need to ensure that we are eating nutritious foods, exercising, and either avoiding toxins (which can be pretty difficult in these times) or eat least to consume anti-oxidants.

Certainly, the Journal of Clinical Medicine does support the notion that fertility is a strong factor for male fertility. The article published in 2020 says that diet is directly associated with sperm quality, whereby a high-calorie intake consisting of saturated fats and of a low nutritional density can increase oxidative stress and lead to obesity. [2]

Research shows that environmental toxins that can affect fertility are numerous, and include smoking, alcohol, pollution, recreational drugs including anabolic steroids and even wearing tight clothing around the groin area or resting laptops on the crotch. [3]

Male Infertility Symptoms

How do you know whether you are infertile?

The biggest tell-tale sign is simply being unable to conceive. This means if you have been having unprotected sex with your partner for over a year in regular intervals (essential three times per week) and have yet to fall pregnant, one of you, or even both may be suffering from a fertility issue. However, do not think you are alone, because it is estimated that around 8-12% of couples looking to conceive worldwide are affected by infertility. [4]

Furthermore, men are solely responsible for up to 40% of infertility cases and contribute towards 50% overall. [5]

Why would you choose Fertiligy?

If you feel you are suffering from infertility (or indeed your partner is and you’re looking for a solution on his behalf) Fertiligy has done the research for you.

Many aspects of male infertility are based on poor nutrition, for most this may just mean they’re not consuming the correct diet their body requires to stimulate healthy sperm formation and a properly functioning reproductive system.

Those who are deficient in nutrients are susceptible to higher inflammation and oxidative stress which has a negative effect on fertility. [6]

Fertiligy has identified the key micronutrients, herbal plant extracts, and compounds that can help produce healthy sperm as well as improving libido.

Fertiligy Explanation Video

Who is behind Fertiligy?

A company called MIL-TECH PHARMA LTD. They’re based in both London and Houston having already achieved success with a natural t-booster called Military Muscle.

Their initial supplement has been so well received due to the extensive research placed into developing Military Muscle, they created a product that is effective, and we think they’ve applied the same level of knowledge and detail into FERTILIGY.

This is no doubt due to the proximity to the available research facilities and professionals in the surrounding area.

Fertiligy Ingredients

Obviously, with a male fertility product, we are looking for something that can help with the following areas:

  • Sperm volume/health
  • Erections/libido
  • Energy
  • Testosterone

Here’s the ingredients panel, let’s analyze what is included.

fertiligy label

Vitamin A – 3000mcg

An article published by the Journal of Celular Physiology identified that vitamin A (retinol) is highly important for male fertility by protecting sperm from reactive oxygen species which helps improve sperm quality. [7]

“…Vitamin A (all-trans retinoic acid [ATRA]) is required for fertility and normal spermatogenesis…”

Furthermore, it has been noted that disturbances in vitamin A metabolism are also suspected to reduce male fertility. [8]

Vitamin D – 30mcg

It has been confirmed that there is a global epidemic regarding vitamin D deficiency which can be detrimental to health, and one of the recommendations is the use of supplements. [9]

Additionally, numerous studies suggest that normal vitamin D levels are a positive effect on semen parameters and improved sperm motility as concluded by the Korean Society for Sexual Medicine and Andrology. [10]

Vitamin E – 300mg

Antioxidants such as vitamin E have demonstrated positive effects on sperm motility when compared to a placebo coupled with a 21% increase in pregnancies. These results were achieved when the subjects were supplemented with 300mg daily for 6 months – this is the same dose provided by FERTILIGY. [11]

“…infertile males encouraged to maintain adequate dietary intakes of vitamin E through diet or supplement…”

Folic Acid – 8500mcg

Studies into folic acid deficiencies have shown a correlation with reduced sperm, DNA mutation, and germline chromatin damage. This analysis drew conclusions about the importance of folic acid for male fertility. [12]

A review of the literature available as published in the Journal of Molecular Nutrition and Food Research in 2020 concluded that there are strong associations between folic acid status in men with sperm quality and fertility. [13]

Zinc – 15mg

A meta-analysis of various peer-reviewed articles and journals regarding the role of zinc in male fertility identifies zinc as being a key nutrient for male fertility. [14]

“…Zinc is one of essential trace elements required for normal physiology of male reproduction and plays important role in spermatogenesis…”

There is a global zinc nutrient deficiency and even a moderate deficiency correlates with low levels of testosterone. To test this, a study restricted dietary zinc intake in a group of normal young men and found that this restriction produced significant reductions in testosterone whereas supplementing zinc to men who were suffering from low testosterone increased their levels. [15]

Selenium – 2mcg

It has been identified that selenium plays an important role in male fertility and the physiology of the testis. [16]

“…this element, in fact, appears to be essential for maintaining normal spermatogenesis and for male fertility…”

A clinical trial of selenium supplementation in subfertile men did demonstrate positive results regarding sperm motility and increasing the chances of a successful conception. [17]

D-Aspartic Acid – 2600mg

A clinical trial using d-aspartic acid on patients who were suffering from infertility over a 90 day period saw a double of sperm concentrations and increased motility of sperm, this then improved the rate of pregnancies. [18]

Another study also concludes that there’s a relationship between low levels of d-aspartic acid and reduced levels of male fertility. [19]

Ashwagandha – 675mg

This natural plant extract has many health benefits, none less than increasing libido and treating erectile dysfunction, but it also plays an important role in male fertility particularly when dosed daily at 675mg. [20]

“…Ashwagandha is an effective herbal remedy for stress and infertility. It improves blood circulation throughout the body and enhances sperm quality naturally…”

Ashwagandha also increased testosterone levels, reduced oxidative stress, and improved semen quality. [21]

Fenugreek – 600mg

A clinical trial of 80 infertile male patients saw an increased rate of fertility and testosterone, as a result, the paper concluded that fenugreek is the safest and cheapest drug to treat infertility. [22]

Research into the dose of fenugreek found that 600mg daily increased libido and maintained healthy levels of testosterone. [23]

N-Acetyl-Cysteine – 600mg

Treatment of N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) conducted across 50 infertile men saw significant improvements in sperm count and sperm motility while there was a decrease in abnormal sperm morphology. [24]

Further evidence also supports the use of NAC for male infertility as a daily dose of 600mg for 3 months across 120 infertile men significantly improved sperm motility. [25]

“…N-Acetyl cysteine is an amino acid that exhibits antioxidant properties and reduces the oxidative stress by scavenging free radicals…”

Coenzyme Q10 – 300mg

C0Q-10 has demonstrated that 300mg daily can improve sperm motility when compared to a placebo [26], while 12 months of supplementation improved all parameters of semen health. [27]

Lycopene – 4mg

There’s some great evidence demonstrating that lycopene can reduce male infertility. Human trials have seen reduced oxidative stress and improved pregnancy rates. [28]

“…improvement in sperm parameters and pregnancy rates with supplementation of 4–8 mg of lycopene daily for 3–12 months…”

A study of 44 infertile men when supplemented with lycopene saw improved sperm parameters. [29]

How to Use Fertiligy

We already know that MIL-TECH PHARMA provides supplements that are well researched and proven to work, so it will come as no surprise to learn that once again, they are the king when it comes to doses.

This means you take several capsules every day.  This may seem like a lot, but the doses provided align with the doses specified in successful clinical trials. If these doses were reduced this will reduce the effect it will have on your chances of improving your fertility.

So, we are instructed to spread the capsules out over the course of a day (washed down by a glass of water) and use them continuously for at least 6 months.

Each bottle contains 210 vegan-friendly capsules. Everything about this supplement is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Price

Each bottle comes in at a reasonable $79.

However, remembering that you should be taking this for 6 months for best results (although you may achieve pregnancy sooner) you can buy 2 bottles or 4 bottles as a bundle which reduces the price of a bottle to as low as $59.25.

Every order qualifies for free shipping.

You can check out their pricing, here.

What you need to remember with FERTILIGY is that this a high-quality product that has received the best in terms of research and nutrients.

Fertiligy Pros & Cons

Pros

From the off, we know that this is a well-researched product, it may be new to the market but there are plenty of dietary supplements and herbal remedies that talk a good game by including many ingredients but don’t include the doses that have proven to be effective in clinical trials. There’s also a massive 5232mg daily dose!

The packaging looks very nice, the pills are ways to swallow and are made on HPMC which is a vegan-friendly alternative to gelatine which opens up the door to way more customers that follow either a strict plant-based diet or those that do not eat certain meat products such as pork or beef (gelatin usually comes from a pork source).

Every one of the 12 ingredients has solid research behind it from credible sources, not just self-proclaimed homeopathy doctors, but actual scientists from reputable institutions.

The product is made in the USA and shipping was free and discreet!

When I tried it, my libido went through the roof!

Nutrients

Let’s talk about those nutrients again…

There are 12 ingredients, each one is natural, safe, and not classed as a banned substance by the World Anti-Doping Agency.

The evidence behind each one is clear, and positive helping to naturally improve all parameters of male reproductive health which includes libido, erectile function, and testosterone.

In addition, there are anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients that help overall health. This is important because those men who seemingly appear healthy but are infertile are more likely to be harboring further disease which can increase morbidity and mortality. [30]

Cons

The biggest issue that we can see here is the number of capsules that are to be taken daily. 7 is quite a lot. However, it really shows the value you are getting, 7 capsules is 210 per bottle for a month’s supply, so it just shows how now corners are being cut, if you want to do it, do it properly.

Again, some may say $59-$79 per bottle is a lot, but again, have you seen how expensive fertility treatments are? Have you seen how invasive they are? And, they still offer no guarantee. 1 IVF cycle for instance costs from $10,000 to $15,000 and this cost doesn’t include medications!

The success rate with IVF is also considerably low. There’s only a success rate of 23% for women aged from 35-37 and then it dwindles to a 2% success rate for women over 44 years old. [31]

Therefore, the consideration of just 7 capsules daily is not too bad, especially when some of the male fertility treatments include surgery that extracts sperm directly from the testicles or any abnormal veins blocked or tied off! [32]

One more issue, at present, FERTILIGY is only available in the USA! This will comes as a huge disappointment for the rest of the world, although this may change. This brings us on to our next point, FERTILIGY is only available direct from their online store. While this may seem a bit of a hindrance, it helps prevent counterfeit products so you can be confident in the quality of what you receive.

Side Effects

As we have already mentioned, this is an all-natural supplement that includes vitamins, minerals, elements, plant extracts, and compounds that have been around for years and in many cases appear in foods naturally.

For instance, D-aspartic acid, while it sounds a bit dangerous is just an amino acid that is found naturally in chicken breast, beef, some dairy products, or even oat bran.

N-Acetyl-Cysteine is another amino acid that can be found in sunflower seeds, cheese, tuna, and even lentils.

So while they may look and sound quite odd, you may be getting these nutrients in your foods already, however, it won’t be in the high concentrations that are provided with FERTILIGY. And, it is these high concentrations that are backed by clinical trials to be effective at stimulating fertility.

However, as with anything, if you have had any allergic reactions from products or foods before, cross-reference the ingredients carefully to ensure you won’t have any problems.

FERTILIGY Conclusion

If you are struggling with low libido, erectile dysfunction (impotent) and are concerned that you may be infertile or it is confirmed that you are infertile FERTILIGY is the best product on the market. We cannot tell you that this will 100% cure infertility, because nothing is 100% guaranteed, even the hyper-expensive treatments all come with substantial risks and do not mean that you will conceive, however, as a natural solution, FERTILIGY needs to be your first port of call.

It is an inexpensive way to ensure your body is getting the key nutrients that are so often absent in our dietary intake, especially when we consume a typical western diet. Furthermore, it provides much more than just chewing on a lettuce leaf or eating an apple.

FERTILIGY includes concentrated amounts of these nutrients that have been proven to stimulate fertility in amounts that would be almost impossible to consume from eating the food sources that they originate from while also being vegan friendly. For instance, we get the most amounts of D-aspartic acid in our diet from animal sources which clearly isn’t appropriate for a vegetarian.

Try it today and see how beneficial it can be for you, remember shipping is discreet and free throughout the USA.
