Red T Testosterone Booster Review
First Look:
At first glance this looks pharma related, it has a so called ‘doctor’ (probably a library image) testifying its brilliance with the universally recognized symbol of medics assuring us also, then it has a picture of a bull on the front. One extreme to the other, so what are we to believe? The doctor of the mental bull which belongs on the packet of a more traditional bodybuilding supplement. Both are known to expand the truth in my experience, so lets joust!

Ingredients:
Very little is told of the ingredients, but what we do know is that you take 1 pill per day which is 750mg and that it looks like there are 2 ingredients.
Zinc – This mineral is great for boosting testosterone, it is necessary for reactions in your brain and promotes the production of both testosterone and growth hormone. However, Zinc monomethionine is approximately 21% zinc by weight. For a dose of 50mg elemental zinc, take 238 mg zinc monomethionine.

Hydroxymatairesinol – This is one of those ingredients extracted from plant Lignans whereby the only real ‘proof’ or information about them working is on websites more interested in selling vitamins, minerals and other natural remedies, however, truth be told, your doctor would probably not tell you to take them.
There are studies available regarding its potential effectiveness at treating or preventing prostate cancer, however, in this study, no change in serum total testosterone concentration was observed.

A total of 750mg of ingredients which is about 30% of what is provided in out #1 testosterone booster so this has not got off to a terribly good start.
Dose:
1 pill per day – this equates to just 750mg – this is nowhere near the levels found in our top rated testosterone boosters. Realistically you need 4 pills per day equally spread out to get a good, consistent dose and keep your levels topped up.

Effects:
This product is ‘Doctor recommend’, I am not entirely sure what doctor this is but I have a friend who is a doctor, he works in hospitals, treats patients, studied for many years etc and I don’t think he would recommend this. I will tell you why, the zinc included is only 21% of pure zinc which means you need a shit ton of it and we only have a overall 745mg daily dose plus there’s a plant Lignan called Hydroxymatairesinol which appears to have no proof of it increasing testosterone levels according to studies testing its use on prostate cancer.
Negatives:
There’s only 2 ingredients, one of which is only 21% Zinc and the other a plant Lignan that appears to have no effect on testosterone levels at all when used in studies. There’s only a daily dose of 745mg and you are recommended to only take 1 pill per day which is far from ideal.
Conclusion:
Realistically there seems to be no positives whatsoever with this product. It is so wide of the mark I really cannot really deem it useful for anything.
Why a ‘doctor’ would want to recommend it is beyond me unless that s bullshit (probably is), there’s barely any ingredients in it and they’re going to have no real world effect on testosterone levels. It really is a horrendous product.
Save yourself some money and disappointment and avoid this product. Take a look at what works.
