Instead of dismissing these feelings of fatigue and a lack of sexual desire as part of the aging process, guys are now seeking help to combat their depleting levels of testosterone.

Professor Lim of the Society for Men’s Health in Singapore has reported that those seeking help with testosterone depletion is 4 times higher than that just 10 years ago. A figure he puts down to better education and a more willingness to talk openly about sex, ageing and symptoms.

Testosterone will naturally deplete over time as a man ages and diseases can also have an adverse effect, however, modern lifestyles can also be a huge part of the problem. Stress, processed and refined foods along with drug taking, smoking and drinking alcohol are all responsible for for bashing testosterone levels into submission.
