Transform Supplements Methyl EAA Testosterone Booster Review
Transform Supplements Methyl EAA Testosterone Booster First look:
This comes in one of those tins that when you unscrew the lid there’s a brush attached so you can touch up the wood varnish.
The metal container looks old school, but it looks durable and gives of the impression of strength.
It wouldn’t look out of place in your dad’s garage and I like it.
It looks honest, real and above all, effective.
So will this be as reliable and as strong as your old dad?
Ingredients:
Apocynin – Offers neuroprotective benefits.

Sarcosine (N-methylglycine) – A metabolite of glycine. It shares properties with both glycine and D-serine, though its effects are weaker. It can be used to alleviate symptoms of depression and schizophrenia, or improve cognition.
However, it is unknown at this time if sarcosine supplementation is harmful. It may act as a co-carcinogen, meaning it doesn’t cause cancer, but increases the effects of other cancer-causing compounds.

Cnidium Monnieri – This is a herb and is said to have similar properties as Viagra for erectile dysfunction. Once implicated in increasing testosterone, as well as luteinizing hormone and FSH, in male castrated rats over 20 days. It has not been investigated further than this.

Horny Goat Weed – Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.
It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

Nettle Root – Good for reducing inflammation and an enlarged prostate but has no effect on testosterone.

Agmatine – Agmatine is a metabolite of L-Arginine. It shows promise for alleviating neuropathic pain and drug addiction. Agmatine supplementation can also protect from strokes and benefit cognitive health.

Chrysin – Laboratory research suggests that chrysin might increase testosterone, but research in humans hasn’t found any effect on testosterone levels.
The amount of chrysin that is absorbed from the intestine may be very small, which would make the effects unlikely.

Acacetin (4′-methoxy-5,7-dihydroxyflavone) – An O-methylated flavone found in Damiana. Evidence on Damiana Leaf is lacklustre. Not too many studies have been conducted on it.

N-Methyl-D-Aspartic Acid – NMDA supplementation does not increase the activity of the HPG axis, nor does it preferentially increase skeletal muscle mass and strength in resistance-trained males when compared to placebo.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3918557/
Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head. The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down the gym.
The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.
In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.
Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

Dose:
4 caps per day which is great. We would always prefer 4 spread out over the course of the day rather than taking all these at once as instructed.
It is better to constantly feed your body with the ingredients to prevent substantial peaks and troughs.
This amounts to just 3460mg. Which is really good.
Benefits & Effects:
There appears to be more ingredients here that can offer neuroprotective effects than ingredients that actually stimulate testosterone production.
Cnidium Monnieri has seen positive effects on rats to increase testosterone over a 20 day period but there’s no other studies than that.
However, out of this sorry state of affairs that is the only positive ingredient here in respect to increasing testosterone levels.
Negatives:
Having only 1 ingredient that only may increase testosterone in a testosterone booster is not too good.
Neither is having an ingredient such as Sarcosine that may have a negative on cancer development.
Yes, there’s an ingredient here that may stimulate cancer development…which is not great news.
Then we are faced with a collection of further ingredients that have no proof concluding that they are effective at stimulating testosterone production.
Especially Tribulus, we also see the presence of N-Methyl-D-Aspartic Acid which to the untrained eye seems like D-Aspartic Acid apart from the former doesn’t work and the latter does.
Transform Supplements Methyl EAA Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:
This is not as good as the metal tin would have you believe.
A perfect example of style over substance.
There’s just 1 ingredient that may offer some testosterone stimulating benefit yet there;s only 1 test that has been carried out on rats.
The rest cannot offer any proof that they offer testosterone boosting benefits, 2 offer neuroprotective effects but they would be better suited to a Nootropic rather than a supplement masquerading as a testosterone booster.
