Transparent Labs PhysiqueSeries Fat Burner Review
Transparent Labs PhysiqueSeries Fat Burner First Look:
This has a very clean and almost clinical look to the product that instills a certain amount of confidence in the purchaser.
There’s no stupid logo’s, emblems or wild graphics of stallions eating the face off an eagle with a bear chasing down a jacked mutant alien, which is kind of refreshing.
It looks professional, reliable and mature enough to capture a large audience – it is essentially not gender specific. Guy or girls can buy this and take it.
Being $49 dollars I would consider this a fair price to pay as long as it is effective.
Ingredients
Capsicum – Known to boost metabolism, cayenne causes the body to produce extra heat and burn more calories for fuel. This is found in our favorite fat burner Instant Knockout.

White Willow (Salix Alba) – Early research suggests that taking willow bark in combination with ephedra and cola nut might cause slight weight loss in overweight and obese people.
However, it is not wise to use this combination because of safety concerns about ephedra. Ephedra has been banned in the United States due to severe harmful side effects.

L-Theanine – Beneficial for stress reduction, decreasing generalized anxiety, and reducing the severity of insomnia. If caffeine is present too, IQ scores have known to increase – so grab a cup of coffee, quick.

L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine is taken for depression, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the inability to stay awake (narcolepsy), and improving alertness following sleep deprivation.
It is also used for stress, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).

Griffonia Simplicifolia (5-HTP) – This chemical increases the synthesis of serotonin which helps against insomnia, binge eating and helps with your mood and well being. Anyone who is or used to go clubbing to house music will know a thing or two about serotonin!

Coleus forskohlii – Forskolin is a chemical found in the roots of the plant Plectranthus barbatus.
This plant has been used since ancient times to treat heart disorders such as high blood pressure and chest pain (angina), as well as respiratory disorders such as asthma, it can also assist with reducing fat mass in obese people.
However, no reliable scientific information that shows Coleus forskohlii extracts taken by mouth are effective.

Caffeine – This can assist with endurance, tested athletes saw an edge from caffeine in scientific studies. In some trials, the stimulant boosted athletes’ speed. In others, it helped them last longer before they spent all their energy.
Caffeine also raises the metabolism which means you burn more calories. Some studies show that it can curb soreness after exercise, too. This means you could get back to your training sooner and training means more calories burnt. This is present in all 3 of our Top Fat Burners.
Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form so always look for that.

Synephrine – This increases fat oxidation rate whilst reducing carbohydrate oxidation rate during low to moderate exercise.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27038225
Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.
One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.
Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

Dose
The advice is to take up to 4 pills daily offering an adequate 2250mg per day.
We prefer a dose of 4 pills per day to be taken separately at equal intervals rather than just 2 pills twice per day but this is better than most of the fat burner’s we see.
Effects & Benefits:
This has 9 ingredients in total and by looking at the studies, each and everyone has a role to play in helping reduce fat.
The only 1 that I have doubts over is Coleus which appears to lack substantial evidence to confirm that oral administration is effective at reducing fat mas in obese people.
Green tea, Cayenne and Caffeine is found in Instant Knockout, which is our favorite fat burner.
Synephrine is good as is 5-HTP which helps prevent binge eating and also elevates mood which may be the cause of binge eating to feel more comforting.
Anything that reduces stress can prevent inflammation which is a cause behind obesity and it is good to see Tyrosine which can help fight off fatigue which plagues me when I have finished work for the day and the last thing on my mind is to go out and hit the gym.
Negatives:
While we are instructed to take 4 pills per day, it is better to spread the doses of each pill equally to ensure your body has a constant feed of the nutrients, this could do with a bit extra in terms of the ingredients too. 3000mg per day would be a bit more competitive.
This fat burner offers less amounts of what is considered direct fat burning ingredients, but on the flip side it does provide ingredients that fight other contributing factors that cause weight gain such as stress, mood and fatigue.
It is a shame to see Coleus when there’s a real lack of weight behind it being effective when taken by mouth.
Transparent Labs PhysiqueSeries Fat Burner Review Conclusion:
This has surprised me if I am honest, while I admit it looked good, there’s so much out there on the market that fails to win any favor by offering a whole host of unproven ingredients, this takes a leap from the norm.
There’s 9 ingredients in total, I think it is fair to say the biggest failing is Coleus due to the lack of reliable evidence that states it is effective from an oral dose.
However, the rest stacks up.
As already mentioned, some of the ingredients may not be what is commonly associated with direct increases in metabolism, however, they have a role to play in the fight against other common issues which contribute to unwanted weight gains.
This, then is not just an effective product, it is a bit of a lateral thinker only let down by 1 ingredients and an overall lower dose.
