My Beverly International Quadracarn Test Booster Review

My Beverly International Quadracarn Test Booster Review

My Beverly International Quadracarn Test Booster Review First Look:

I am hyped for this weekend.

I will be hitting the gym, a real gym with loads of equipment for the first time in ages with a buddy I used to play rugby with at school.

He goes to a gym called Ultra Flex that I used to go to about 3 years ago. It’s in an old warehouse and has holes in the wall so it is absolutely freezing.

But it is a great place. The last time I went there was a good atmosphere and it wasn’t ever too busy, this meant you can get in, do your workout and get out with minimal fuss.

Plenty of heavy plates and a good opportunity to increase testosterone with areas and machines to do the compound lifts.

While I enjoy my basement home gym for the convenience, it can become stale as I can only really perform a few key movements to increase muscle size and strength.

To compliment my weight training I am continuously on the search for a natural test booster that can better the results given by those in the top 3.

However, there are other reasons for increasing natural T levels…

Having a higher level of natural testosterone benefits in more way that just becoming jacked.

It has an effect on:

  • Mood
  • Energy
  • Fat levels
  • Bone composition
  • Cardiovascular health
  • Lean muscle mass
  • Libido

I would normally take TestoFuel which has seen me make some great gains in the past, not to mention sending my sex drive through the roof after I had finished my cycle of prohormones ages ago.

Ingredients: The Science

Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf Extract

A study on rats, published in the December 2013 issue of “Drug Research,” found that this herb may prevent weight gain when used over the long term while consuming a high-fat diet.

Further human studies are needed to confirm whether these findings apply to humans.

Carnitine

Acetyl-L-carnitine helps the body produce energy.

It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.

Men who were supplemented 2g per day showed an increase of Insulin like growth hormone when combined with exercise.

Very limited evidence to suggest any fat loss unless you are an elderly person.

Propionyl L-Carnitine HCI

At best this may help with circulation but actual evidence for this or any of the other purported uses is pretty much non existent.

Carnitine Tartrate

A dietary supplement containing the levo-enantiomers of carnitine and tartrate with potential chemoprotective and antioxidant activities.

Dose:

The label instructs us to have up to three capsules per day.

It is always recommended that you have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

When you have more doses throughout the day it ensures your body always has nutrients to work with.

Additionally, if your body receives an overload of ingredients at once, it will not utilize anything it doesn’t require at the time which can lead to waste.

Each daily serving equates to just over 1765mg which is a low amount when compared to what we find in effective testosterone boosters such as Prime Male.

Pros:

This ‘testosterone booster’, mainly consists of the varying forms of Carnitine.

Now, there is nothing wrong with Carnitine and it can have antioxidant effects, it can help with circulation, overall body function and blood flow.

If dosed correctly, it can even increase human growth hormone levels when exercising.

In fact, there may even be chemotherapeutic benefits.

Cons:

Let’s start of with Carnitine.

To get the growth hormone benefits from Carnitine you must be exercising and you need to dose 2000mg.

However, the combined product is less than 2000mg.

Then Gymnema Sylvestre may only help with weight loss, but actual human studies are not available and the theory is based on studies using rats.

There are no other ingredients.

No ingredients that are reliably able to stimulate natural testosterone production are included in this supplement.

Not even the basics such as:

  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • B6
  • D3
  • D-Aspartic Acid

Carnitine may help increase a number of body functions and health benefits but growth hormone increases will be out of reach because this is not dosed highly enough.

My Beverly International Quadracarn Test Booster Review Conclusion:

Okay, let’s start of and say that this is not a testosterone booster supplement.

There’s a real lack of proven and well regarded ingredients that are able to increase natural testosterone production.

Carnitine is not dosed enough to have any real muscular benefits and Gymnema Sylvestre has no human studies backing the claims that it can help with weight loss.

Therefore, it does not offer the full breadth of potential when you consider testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel which I use offers the following, proven ingredients that are known to stimulate testosterone:

  • D-Aspartic Acid
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K2
  • Ginseng
  • Oyster
  • Fenugreek
  • Zinc
  • B6
  • Magnesium
  • Vitamin C

With these key ingredients missing, this supplement is not going to offer the benefits that other proven testosterone boosters can.

Take a look at what works to maximize your workouts.
