BN LABS Natural Fat Burner Review

BN LABS Natural Fat Burner Review

BN LABS Natural Fat Burner Review First Look:

At what point do you take stock and think you have taken a quiet night in with the girlfriend too far?

Hours of carpool karaoke?

Or laying in bed staring at a 50 inch TV while drinking white wine to then follow up with a Bailey’s on ice?

Probably both.

Eitherway, with two slightly fuzzy heads this morning and a quick car journey to the train station and lots of stuff happening today at work it is clear that fat burning wasn’t really at the top of my priorities last night.

So tonight is going to consist of some weight lifting in my basement home gym while I drop the better half off to a restaurant so she can have dinner with some friends and the temptation to have any more wine will be quashed by the fact I am also picking aforementioned girlfriend up again when she has had enough patatas bravas and Pinot Grigio.

Plus, I am playing rugby tomorrow and at my age drinking alcohol the night before does me no favors. Drinking after the game is mandatory though, so Sunday morning will be a mixture of a thick head and many, many aches.

I am missing the rugby as I have not played for a while but I feel confident that my fitness is okay seeing as I have been cycling to work a fair bit to strip fat and improve my overall cardiovascular health and performance.

In addition to cycling I have been using fat burner’s to give me that little edge.

I have found Instant Knockout to offer the best results and as a result use that daily.

Therefore, seeing this fat burner from BN LABS I just thought I would see how it compares to the best on the market and whether it can help me at all.

The packaging certainly looks good and professional so that is a good start.

Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) – Studies have shown that treatment with Ashwagandha root extract resulted in a higher level of testosterone and a concomitant increase in serum levels of LH among infertile men having sub-optimal testosterone levels.

It’s difficult to see if the same result would be found with guys who do not have any fertility issues. So the question is, are you infertile?

If you’ve been banging your missus (or even your mistress, we shouldn’t be even talking if you have smashed your sister) unprotected and have miraculously not had a sprog you probably are infertile…sorry to break that to you, bro.

However, you are probably in look because only 12% of men throughout the whole world are infertile, and even then, that is a generous estimate by the World Health Authority.

Carduus Mar (Milk Thistle) – A great ingredient used to flush out and protect the liver as well as help repair cells but more required for anyone doing a course or Prohormones or oral anabolic steroids, not really warranted for this product unless you are a heavy drinker as well. Hic!

Olea (Olive) – Olive oil is widely used in many foods and its ability, like avocado, to reduce the bad (LDL) cholesterol is fairly well known. These are great to have in your diet.

While implicated in various fat burning effects (increased thyroid hormones and adrenaline) there does not appear to be any overall fat lost in trials.

Rhodiola rosea – Can protect against cognitive deficits, neuronal injury and oxidative stress, can also be used as a potential agent in treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. This is found in our favorite Nootropic.

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.

One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.

Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) – Full of vitamins but not a great deal of human research to suggest that it can suppress appetite or lower blood sugar levels.

Dose:

Up to 6 capsules per day to be taken.

This is particularly good as we prefer at least 4 pills spread out across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process.

The daily dose of 3600mg is a good daily amount.

In fact, this dose compares well to other products when you consider the best fat burners  tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

Effects & Benefits:

There’s only two real effective ingredients included which will help with fat loss.

These are Caffeine and Green Tea. Both are found in the best fat burner, Instant Knockout which is reassuring to see.

However, then we have a couple of ingredients that while not assisting with any fat loss certainly can help with cognitive function in the case of Rhodiola or lower cholesterol with the inclusion of Olive.

If you are an infertile man you may feel the benefits of Ashwagandha which may raise your testosterone levels.

This is suitable for vegans.

Negatives:

Realistically there are only 2 effective fat burning ingredients.

That’s not enough when you consider the best fat burners are filled with 8+ proven ingredients able to raise the metabolism.

While some of the ingredients have their benefits they just do not seem relevant in this scenario.

This is no more apparent than the inclusion of Ashwagandha which may raise testosterone levels, but only if you are an infertile man which makes up for approximately 12% of the global male population.

At $68 for a small amount of effective fat burning ingredients just does not seem like good value to me.

Then it omits a large number of ingredients that should be included in a fat burner such as:

  • B12
  • B6
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Glucomannan
  • Green Coffee
  • Cayenne

It certainly does not offer the fat burning performance we want nor is available in other fat burning supplements such as Instant Knockout.

BN LABS Natural Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

This offers only 2 effective ingredients known to help stimulate fat burn.

Unfortunately it also misses out on vital key ingredients that are proven to be effective in raising the metabolic rate which will then burn more calories such as Cayenne or any B vitamins.

In addition, there’s then a number of ingredients that would be better off in other supplements, not one developed for fat burn.

With all of these negatives it is increasingly difficult to understand why this would be bought by anyone looking to shed fat.

Therefore, some other products such as those in our top 3 fat burners are more far more attractive propositions.
