Crazy Bulk Gynectrol Fat Burner Review // Will It Prevent Man Boobs?

First Look:

Almost every man worries about his chest, I will also put a Benjamin on that the first exercise a guy does in the gym is chest related, flat bench most likely.

A good chest can cover a multitude of sins. Got a big belly? Neutralize it with a massive chest…  Ugly? Yep, a big chest will divert all attention.

However, just like any area of your body it is covered in a layer of fat and a high fat percentage could give you what is commonly known as moobs. While moobs can be hidden by a thick sweater, they’ll be evident for all to see on the beach.

This fat burner pulls it’s name from gynecomastia or gyno. This is the development of male breast tissue and is the worry of all steroid users.

Crazy Bulk’s design ethos is simple and spreads across all the products, they’re color coded so immediately you know what you are buying which can be helpful.

They’re not breaking any new ground and they’re not charging you $100 because it has an over designed package.

Sclareolides – A derivative of Clary Sage. Popular on mumsnet as it can be an anti depressant and lower cortisol levels which can benefit testosterone production but it is a very small effect.

Guggul – Traditionally used to fight obesity and it doesn’t work.

Caffeine – Caffeine intake is associated with weight loss through thermogenesis and fat oxidation.

GTF Chronium –  Research suggests that chromium might improve weight loss in some people who are overweight or obese. This is found in the #1 Fat Burner.

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat. One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese. Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect.

Theobromine – Theobromine can reduce sleepiness and in large quantities produces a jittery sensation.

There is a 2 pills per day recommended dose. We prefer 4 pills spread across the day to evenly spread the nutrients out and prevent massive peaks and troughs. 4 pills are the doses of our benchmark products. There’s a low 900.324mg daily serving here.

While not the most comprehensive of ingredients, there will be some positive fat burn effects from the Caffeine, Green Tea and Chromium.

I do like the idea of Sclareolides due to its ability to control cortisol (stress) and increase testosterone levels which will fight against estrogen levels which can cause the devilish gyno.

Theobromine can help to increase your energy levels further and get out of the house to do some exercise. There’s no worse feeling after coming home from work and then magically becoming stuck on the couch.  The couch will not burn calories.

It really could do with some additional ingredients and a higher dose of what is already there.

There’s nothing wrong with this product in particular but it could be improved upon.

It is great not to see a proprietary blend which is all too common for supplements of this nature.

Guggal hasn’t been proven to work in the fight against obesity either so this is unnecessary, especially when cayenne would be a great alternative.

While this is aimed specifically at people suffering from gyno it could actually be used for any man looking to increase their energy and burn fat.

Fat cannot be spot reduced, it is down to your body which areas lose fat first and last, however, many do find it is their belly which is the last place to see a reduction.

If this is used with a good exercise and diet regime and even stacked with steroids you should see not an exclusive fatty breast tissue reduction but from other areas also.

However, it really could do with a higher dose, it is not majorly expensive s could be double dosed.
